Hi I was very impressed with the speed of service and also the regular updates informing me of the status of my order. But the main thing that swung it for me was the fact that your were actually able to source and deliver the product where as another company has kept me waiting saying the product was out of stock, then saying it was out for delivery and then to follow up with sorry no the product is actually obsolete and not manufactured anymore - I got a full refund -but NB the price they were charging was almost double what you charged me.

Unfortunately I needed a part for my tumble drier and FIXPART advertised it as 'in stock' for immediate dispatch with a 1-2 working day delivery period. Once I ordered it and paid for it I got an email from a French courier saying that the item was being prepared for delivery. I contacted the FIXPART and was advised that the part was not in stock in the UK and was dispatched from a warehouse in Europe. I have been following the tracking, and the item has been (and still is) sitting in a depot in England for the past few days, labelled now as 'Parcel in Transit'. I feel I was misled by the 'in stock' status and the website description of '1-2 working days' delivery. I appreciate this is a minor incovenience not having a drier, but it's a hassle with kids and work uniforms to get dried. Cant recommend FIXPART on this basis.

Avoid! Poor service and products that don't fit

I ordered a new glass turntable for my Sharp microwave. Their website said it was a 'guaranteed fit' for my model. However, when it arrived, the turntable didn't fit. When I asked to return it, the company told me I had to cover the hefty return shipping fee of £6.95. (The box they shipped it in was large enough to fit at least ten turntables inside, which presumably explains the expense - and you are not allowed to use a smaller box to return your item). When I sent screenshots of their website to show that they had guaranteed the fit, they ignored this and simply reiterated that I had to pay the shipping cost. Very poor service. Won't be using again.

Misleading description on website. I ordered a non return / check valve for a kitchen hood extractor. I received the part after several weeks of waiting only to discover that it was only 1 half of the part and that two need to be purchased to make it functional. This was not mentioned anywhere in the description or details of the item on the webpage. It seems disingenuous to sell only half of a part and the cost is disproportionate at £22 for a small piece of plastic that is completely useless unless there are two of them. Very disappointed. I have asked for the other part to be sent out or a refund to be issued as this item has been mis-sold.

Wrong part recieved they wont accept returns angry…

I got in contact with Fixpart providing them with a photo of my fridge number to ensure I recieved a compatible part. I was sent a link bought the item, when I received it I took it out to fit and it was way too big. I tried to fill out a return label and it says I can't return it, I also haven't recieved a message I sent them last week. Useless part, nearly £30 down and still haven't been able to resolve the issue. I'm really not happy. As you can see clearly the model I gave and what they sent are not compatible. Don't use.

Description of part was wrong and showed a picture of a whole pcb board, advert was changed after I eventually got the part after 2 months it was for a toggle button for a monitor and not a pcb board now will not take back the part despite not being used and against consumer rights to refuse refund.steer clear you may be given the wrong part.

Bad quality drawer. Threw out with trash as broke within a week. Now have to buy another. Contacted customer services and requested discount on another one and was refused. Nearly 25 quid for a fridge milk drawer drawer which is now going to cost me nearer 50 quid. Might as well get a new fridge!

Awful. Never received what I ordered and when I contacted customer service they were not at all helpful. Had to go back to my credit card company to get my money back in the end after weeks of emailing them and getting no where. I would never order anything from them again

I bought a MOSFET transistor, SHOULD be put in a ANTISTATIC BAG, as very prone to static damage! Just put in a ordinary plastic bag! Not really good enough when they are charging £18 plus for one transistor, but only place that had a genuine one in stock!!

Part did not fit despite putting in appliance number. As previous part failed completely during the change to the new, incompatible one, we have now just thrown the whole kettle out after an hour of fiddly work. Don’t waste your time. But a new kettle

Genuinely awful. Found an oven door they said would be compatible with my oven, emailed them to confirm it was definitely compatible, waited 2 weeks to receive an incompatible door and was charged £7 for the privilege of returning it.

Ordered a replacement tumble dryer belt that was stated in stock & next day delivery. It arrived a week later from France by which time I ‘d ordered one elsewhere at a fraction of the cost

Well a phone number would help , Or sending me the wrong part then charging me postage after another email saying you don't even have the correct part . Absolute rubbish service .
