Hi I was very impressed with the speed of service and also the regular updates informing me of the status of my order. But the main thing that swung it for me was the fact that your were actually able to source and deliver the product where as another company has kept me waiting saying the product was out of stock, then saying it was out for delivery and then to follow up with sorry no the product is actually obsolete and not manufactured anymore - I got a full refund -but NB the price they were charging was almost double what you charged me.

Because FixPart is a .co.uk website, I assumed any returns would be to a UK address, especially considering how prominently they advertise their green credentials. I had a shock when they instructed me to return the part to Italy. I sent the parcel back via Evri 4 weeks ago, but FixPart have since ignored all of my emails requesting an update on this return. I feel completely ripped off.

Really poor service. Item was advertised as in stock and available next day. It actually took over a week and was sent from France. No mention of this on the web site. When I contacted customer service they just kept sending me a link to the tracking which only showed that it hadn't been delivered ! I would never use this business again. There are so many better providers of spare parts. Douglas.

Terrible customer service

Customer service from Katerina is shocking. Wrong part sent. Doesn’t fit the dishwasher. Have sent photos to show difference- this is not good enough. Have explained the difference- this is not good enough. Absolutely horrendous slow unhelpful customer service. Will avoid this company in future and recommend you do the same.

The product was not fit for purpose, expensive and poor quality. The company hides behind at least 3 different names and makes communication about complaints impossible. If I hear from the company about how I can get a refund, I will report back, but, if I don’t, I won’t…

Not a happy customer - items shipped from France and taking too long to arrive.

I ordered a latch for my dishwasher, I was not made aware that the part was in France, nor that it would take a long time to arrive. One week later it still hasn't left France according to Royal Mail. I have since purchased the part from espares and it arrived next day and the dishwasher is now repaired... meanwhile FixPart are still shipping my original purchase. I'll be requesting a refund.

The item I received was rubbish

The item I received was not what I ordered . I ordered a MIXING jug for moulinex mixer ,I received a glass cylinder with no bottom and no mixing blades ,could not be used for mixing or measuring as described on your website . 2 pictures of the item showing no blades would be useful . Thanks for nothing ,I will not waste more money sending it back .. HTS

Dishwasher door dropping when opening

Explained problem I had with Dishwasher - fixpart advised only one part to retctify - incorrect after dismantling machine - unable to change order! - advised UK stock but come from France - advised 2-3 working days - not achieved - poor communication - unwilling to fully refund - do not deal with - not professional and incorrect advice - never use again

Directed to wrong part. I entered my dishwasher model number…

I entered my dishwasher model number and what part I required and the part I ordered came up on the search. It was for a full-size dishwasher not a slimline one. The return email said they would help locate the right part but could not. It was £10 to return a very light part more than half the cost! I have not bothered to throw more money away.

Incorrect part for my model sent

When you type in the model number of your appliance make sure that you send the correct part for that model. Now to get a refund or replacement I have to spend £9 to send back the wrong part. Then wait for the correct part and get my £9 refunded. Not taking the risk. Did not realise parts came from France. Lesson learned.

Very bad customer service. My order was returned back by the delivery company due to incomple address. I want a refund, but they insist on sending it back again with extra shipping charges. They are telling me that my order cannot be returned, while it’s already returned to them but they are denying me a refund!

None genuine part and half order missing. No response so having to contact bank for refund

Firstly, the part wasn't genine epson as stated, it was slightly different dimensions and i had to remove a small section of plastic from the printer to get it to fit Secondly half the order was missing and despite messaging over 5 days ago, no response, I will be contacting the bank for a refund.

The part was fine, the problem is the ordering process, when inputting my address, my house has no number only a name, it states if no number put in number 1 (mandatory) and we will sort it out. My package was delivered to number 1, nearly 1 mile from my house. Pure luck that I received it.

Took months to arrive and wrong part

Took months to arrive, and when it finally arrived it was the wrong part. I emailed asking for the right part and they said they don't have it, and I had to send my part back to get a refund (which I had to pay postage on). Also only communication came fron noreply emails, very frustrating

Extremely poor service and definitely would not recommend

Very poor service. Do not expect a swift response, I emailed to chase delivery and oh god was this next to impossible. Also, if you try arrange a return, they charge around £7.50. There are a lot of other companies out there so please explore before committing to purchase with them.

Horrendous customer service. A part they supplied went faulty after a few days. It’s taken weeks of back and forward via email (no phone line). Sending photos and videos and manufacturers data sheets for them to eventually agree to a return. Still haven’t received a refund!

1st product arrives damaged. We get no response until we write a review. The replacement is “sent” and has never arrived. “Chat” is automated and of no help. Email not responded to We won’t be using this company again, we will go direct to the manufacturer and pay more.

what an absolute disaster, been waiting almost a month for fridge seals,to find both shipments turned back from Roissy international Airport because incorrect paperwork, impossible to contact by email ,do yourself a favour and give them a miss. Im out £98.00 for nothing

My house does not have a number. I was instructed to put a 1 in the box and then enter the name further down which I did. My parcel has not been delivered yet and the address is 1 Mill Lane instead of Rodmell Hill House I have tried to contact them but no luck yet

Unfortunately it was too big. I fitted and everything but when I started laundry it made squeezing sounds and when the laundry finished it was the rubber touching the tank when spinning so not happy at all with it. It might last few weeks and needs changing again.

Poor.

£26:83 for a spring to hang the drum from in a washing machine. This is of course the spring and postage which promised 3 working days delivery and took 4 not including the day it was ordered. Massively expensive and failed to deliver on their own delivery time.

deliver the goods ordered correctly. You sent the delivery to the Burgess Hill Depot of DPD apparently against instructions agreed who have still not sent it onwards. Goods NOT RECEIVED-PLEASE REFUND and answer any complaints promptly which you have failed to do
