My experience with fishdeal has been excellent, i purchased reels and spare spools at very competative prices (by far the cheapest anywhere I looked). Postage was free and fairly quick, (I ordered on a sunday night and they arrived by tracked courior Saturday morning, thats 6 days from the Netherlands to the UK) I think that is pretty good considering I was notified it could be longer due to heavy work loads at the warehouse. The reels are very good quality from a well established company and were well packaged. What`s not to like. Despite all the negative feedback from other customers, I would buy from them again, without hesitation

Zamówiłem po rez kolejny rzeczy z fishdel zamówienie zostało opłacone i miało być dostarczone od 2 do 5 dni roboczych. Minęło 7 dni roboczych i nie dostałem swego zamówienia więc złożyłem reklamację i otrzymałem je po 3 dniach lecz było nie kompletne i pewna rzecz była pęknięta. Zrobiłem zdjęcia i wysłałem je prosząc o wysłanie mi rzeczy brakującej i całej części w zamian za pękniętą. Kazano mi wszystko odesłać z powrotem. Ja nie chciałem zwracać tego lecz dostać rzecz brakującą i całą z które zapłaciłem i to mi się nie podoba że tak ze mną postąpiono

Two poor experiences in two orders.

Sorry to give a mean score, but two times out of two I have had rather disappointing experiences. The first time, I had specifically ordered (and even paid for) a chair, only to be told this wasn't actually in stock. Another item in the same order was also very low quality and broke right away. More recently, I decided to give another chance (I like the products and prices) but again there was an issue. I was surprised at how weak the packaging was- or the couriers had been very rough! The box was broken and some items had fallen out- and while they were replaced, this meant I got my goods very late. I am amazed the rod survived, given that the box was very badly damaged! I really hope there is no hidden damage because I don't want to have to ask for a replacement. Again, I like the products and prices, but from my experience the packaging is suspect and some of the items have either not been offered as shown.

Hi, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you have had bad experiences in our shop. From our side we do or best to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered correctly. However, sometimes we run into stock errors causing products not being in stock in the location of our warehouse but in stock in the system. Regarding the damaged parcel, we are now taking this directly to the couriers we work with. Normally if you receive a damaged parcel, we suggest to contact us right away with pictures so that we can log it into the system and place the correct claim. Everything you need to improve!!! Every second order which i do was problematic. Always Missing some products, then you must refund. Or you just forgot to pack some of the items. Like last time. The very special was when they send me empty box from NED to UK. They send netherlands air to england. Do you need more?

It been 2 weeks since I placed my order and I still don't know when it will be delivered as all I've had so far is an email confirming the order. Would not recommend and will never use again

Hi, Thank you for your review. We have looked into your order and see that it was placed on the 29th of January and delivered on February 10th. During the time you place the order the delivery times were 8-10 working days due to our company moving to a new working space and warehouse. Good shop,good products.late delivery

Good shop with good products,just a bit disappointing as a uk customer for delivering. Always delayed doesn't matter if it shows 3 days. Get it like after 10. Once ordered a product which was showing max 7 to 10 days but after 14 days wasn't even dispatched so had to cancel my order.

Never on time.

I have had a couple of items from here and they have never been within the timeframe they state for delivery. I am actually looking to buy my items from elsewhere moving forward as the discount doesn’t outweigh bad delivery service.

Our delivery time is 2 -5 working days if unexpected delays with the couriers do not occur. The order you placed at the end of January was delayed due to our moving to a new warehouse, which is now completed. From our side we do our best to send the orders as soon as possible and we hope the couriers have no delays. Ordered a boilie throwing stick weeks ago. Still hasn’t been delivered. Very disappointed as this was a birthday present for my grandson. Ordered lots of things from fishdeal. Never had problem before.

Good afternoon, You have ordered a so-called Crossdock product. This means that you could buy the product cheaper than anywhere else because it comes directly from the supplier's warehouse. This results in a delivery time of 6 to 10 working days. This was indicated when the order was placed. Therefore, the order was shipped later. We see in the tracking that your product has been delivered in the meantime. Our apologies for the inconvenience. We hope it will be clearer in the future.

Purchased 2 x Penn 7000 carp reels, both arrived, one faulty. Very disappointing, Fishdeal did respond with returns details. I have returned the reel for replacement but no communication as to what is happening. These items come from the Netherlands which delays delivery to UK

Scam

My equipment got to the local DPD delivery depot then on tracking just was marked as returning to Fishdeal. I have emailed but nobody has replied. Nothing was delivered and no delivery attempted. They have my money and I have no equipment

The majority of all orders are therefore delivered to the customer nicely within the specified time. This is also the reason why we state "1 to 3 working days" as the expected delivery date. You placed your order with us on 31-12-2023 and we shipped it to you the following day. So we have done everything possible to ship this order as soon as possible. We see that your shipment has unfortunately been delayed at dpd. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this and we are dependent on dpd. Worst experience ever...First i got fouled be the name(co.uk) made me think they are based in UK. Placed an order(around £400), didn't arrived after 5 days. I get in touch with them, they said as there is one extra large item(false) and will take longer. After 2 weeks may order was still in courier depot(GLS). According to tracking reference, one of the parcels (they split my order in 3 parcels) was incorrect labeled, and sent back to Fishdeal. After 3 weeks, a second parcel was sent back to them due packing damage. They refund my money, and offer me a free delivery on my next order(which is free anyway if the order is £90+), i don't know what make them think as i will ever order again from them, after such an experience. So if you order for your next fishing session, and this is in the next month time, don't bother.

These products need to be shipped with a special courier that can ship extra large products towards the UK. Normally, orders with extra large products take longer to be ldeivred and this is specified at the meant go checkout before making the payment for the order. Would have given zero if I could

Emailed fishdeal 10 days after I placed the order, to say the parcel had been sitting in Evri's depot for 6 days and hadn't been scanned or moved since,fishdeals response was that they needed to leave it another 2 days to contact evri ,emailed fishdeal after 2 days to say it still hadn't arrived and still hadn't been scanned,since then ive had no response from fishdeal or parcel received ,I have emailed fishdeal everyday for the last 3 days asking for them to respond but I've had nothing .I would not recommend buying from this company and I would have never placed the order if I knew they used Evri,as they are by far the worst courier in th UK.

When you experience any problem with the parcel, it is necessary to contact our team and they will follow the process, depending on the situation, to fix things the fastest way possible. Part of the process, is to contact the couriers and get more information regarding the parcel so then we can find the best solution.
