We are sorry to hear you have had problems with your order.
Unfortunately, after giving the parcels to the courier, they do not contact us if there are delays or problems with the parcels, therefore the only way for us to know the parcel is missing or delayed is hen the customer contacts us about it.
Regarding the packaging, we are already working in finding better ways to pack and send the orders to avoid damages during transportation, however, there is always a small chance that due to the lack of careless the couriers have with the parcels this ones suffer some damages.
If you decide to give us another opportunity in the future, we hope to be able to comply with your expectations.
