My experience with fishdeal has been excellent, i purchased reels and spare spools at very competative prices (by far the cheapest anywhere I looked). Postage was free and fairly quick, (I ordered on a sunday night and they arrived by tracked courior Saturday morning, thats 6 days from the Netherlands to the UK) I think that is pretty good considering I was notified it could be longer due to heavy work loads at the warehouse. The reels are very good quality from a well established company and were well packaged. What`s not to like. Despite all the negative feedback from other customers, I would buy from them again, without hesitation

Zamówiłem po rez kolejny rzeczy z fishdel zamówienie zostało opłacone i miało być dostarczone od 2 do 5 dni roboczych. Minęło 7 dni roboczych i nie dostałem swego zamówienia więc złożyłem reklamację i otrzymałem je po 3 dniach lecz było nie kompletne i pewna rzecz była pęknięta. Zrobiłem zdjęcia i wysłałem je prosząc o wysłanie mi rzeczy brakującej i całej części w zamian za pękniętą. Kazano mi wszystko odesłać z powrotem. Ja nie chciałem zwracać tego lecz dostać rzecz brakującą i całą z które zapłaciłem i to mi się nie podoba że tak ze mną postąpiono

try contacting customers and explaining why their order was cancelled before just issuing a refund with no explanation as to why and no reply to customers queries i have spent £100s on you fishing stuff but i can safely say i will not be spending an other penny on your website

We also see that you contacted them asking about the order on the 14th and they replied to your email on the 17th explaining that they sent you the email on the 13 and added the explanation once again. very poor dispatch time , tell lies about orders stating its been despatch even stating a tracking number . when it was still in there wearhouse. then giving an excuss about the Rod being to big to ship to the UK, unbelieveable statement. Will never use this company ever again .

dissapointing

ordered items on buy one get one free promotion, 3 days later got an email theyre out of stock, unable to contact them for another week, after this the advisor was unable to offer me any solution other than wait 2-3 weeks or get a refund. Really dissapointing

Very slow delivery

Poor shipping and complications

I’m still waiting for my rod to turn up after 3 weeks and find it very difficult to get a response from the company about where my order is or why it hasn’t turned up yet!

Good afternoon, You have ordered a so-called Crossdock product. This means that you could buy the product cheaper than anywhere else because it comes directly from the supplier's warehouse. This results in a delivery time of 6 to 10 working days. This was indicated when the order was placed. Therefore, the order was shipped later. We see in the tracking that your product has been delivered in the meantime. Our apologies for the inconvenience. We hope it will be clearer in the future.

Shocking service

State 2-5 days delivery, but state delays when order placed, and it was much longer, and missed a birthday because of this; customer service defended timing because "I'd been informed with the order acknowledgement' - no apology though. Site gives the impression they're in based UK but are actually based in Holland. Packaging literally 3 times bigger than it needed to be. Very poor

ordered ultimate 3 rod pod, didn't come with back rests, so ordered them. as it was a 3 rod pod, seem to me the back rest to accompany the rodpod would also come in 3's. had many discussions with one staff member who fin ally came up with I only ordered 1, why would I do that for 3 rods. No common sense, if they came singly that should have been made clear.

Unhappy

Order took to long. No communication unless I followed up. Package came and rod wasnt even properly packaged against breakage. Reel box was so damaged from improper packaging i had to throw it away. Fishdeal also stick with Evri couriers which is a total disaster. Again my package was delivered to the wrong address and I had to go look for it

Undelivered

I do understand that this is not the issue of the supplier and more the delivery company but the parcel was never attempted to be delivered as it was too big to fit in the delivery vehicle, now to be more specific I’m not too sure how a rod bag wouldn’t fit in the back of a car or van as I’ve travelled with rods and cases much larger

Ordered and payd for a fishing rod needed for an upcoming trip, then after 4 days I contacted customer service to ask when is going to be posted, and assured will be done soon. Hour later got money refunded as my address is on Isle of man, even though the postage charge was different from UK mainland. Disappointed

On top of that, we only receive the notification of the address problem when we are about to print the shipping label. Normally, you get a notification before you place the order, however, it seems that your postcode was not known by our system and therefore it created a problem. Still waiting…

Ordered from them online specifically as stated fast shipment 3 to 5 days. Still haven't received items even after chase up and a second promise of items being with me by end of week (last week!) Evri still saying they haven't even received them yet.

The worst service, avoid at all cost

The worst service, I was lied to about my order I was told I would get it within 2/7 days which never happened and it never left there country as they are not in the uk the staff are so rude and petty and think they can treat you like a child

Scam

My equipment got to the local DPD delivery depot then on tracking just was marked as returning to Fishdeal. I have emailed but nobody has replied. Nothing was delivered and no delivery attempted. They have my money and I have no equipment

Very slow delivery

I ordered a fishing box and it took ages to arrive. After 5 days of waiting I ordered a similar box from another supplier and it arrived the day after I ordered it and one day before the box from Fishdeal finally turned up.

Very poor service. Item was apparently shipped 16 days ago. I've checked with the courier and they haven't even received the item yet. I've had no update to explain why there is a delay in this transaction.
