My experience with fishdeal has been excellent, i purchased reels and spare spools at very competative prices (by far the cheapest anywhere I looked). Postage was free and fairly quick, (I ordered on a sunday night and they arrived by tracked courior Saturday morning, thats 6 days from the Netherlands to the UK) I think that is pretty good considering I was notified it could be longer due to heavy work loads at the warehouse. The reels are very good quality from a well established company and were well packaged. What`s not to like. Despite all the negative feedback from other customers, I would buy from them again, without hesitation

Zamówiłem po rez kolejny rzeczy z fishdel zamówienie zostało opłacone i miało być dostarczone od 2 do 5 dni roboczych. Minęło 7 dni roboczych i nie dostałem swego zamówienia więc złożyłem reklamację i otrzymałem je po 3 dniach lecz było nie kompletne i pewna rzecz była pęknięta. Zrobiłem zdjęcia i wysłałem je prosząc o wysłanie mi rzeczy brakującej i całej części w zamian za pękniętą. Kazano mi wszystko odesłać z powrotem. Ja nie chciałem zwracać tego lecz dostać rzecz brakującą i całą z które zapłaciłem i to mi się nie podoba że tak ze mną postąpiono

Still waiting…

Ordered from them online specifically as stated fast shipment 3 to 5 days. Still haven't received items even after chase up and a second promise of items being with me by end of week (last week!) Evri still saying they haven't even received them yet.

The worst service, avoid at all cost

The worst service, I was lied to about my order I was told I would get it within 2/7 days which never happened and it never left there country as they are not in the uk the staff are so rude and petty and think they can treat you like a child

never actually received the net bag i ordered well disappointed so who was at fault fishdeal or the courier company so in my opinion i am very concerned as to weather to purchase future gear will i ever receive the items

Very slow delivery

I ordered a fishing box and it took ages to arrive. After 5 days of waiting I ordered a similar box from another supplier and it arrived the day after I ordered it and one day before the box from Fishdeal finally turned up.

Very poor service. Item was apparently shipped 16 days ago. I've checked with the courier and they haven't even received the item yet. I've had no update to explain why there is a delay in this transaction.

Order was sent back to sender and when I was expecting them to re send it to me I was told all items were out of stock this whole thing took nearly 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my refund not happy

When a parcel is return to sender, the courier does not notify us about this and the only way for us to know is when the customer contacts us about asking for the parcel. Unfortunately, returned parcels can take some time to arrive and be process by our team, therefore shipping the same parcel is not possible. We are sorry we were not able to send the predicts again, normally refunds take around 48 hours to be back in your account. Hi, Thank you for your review. When an order cannot be sent in one parcel, we split the order in 2 or more orders to avoid damage to the products or parcel. When this is done, you receive an email for each parcel shipped and its tracking information. We also ship them at the same time, however, it is possible the courier separates them during the shipping process, therefore, they could be delivered at different moments. Slow dispatch

It took them 4 working days to buy a tracking number. Poor packaging as well. I've had items coming from China arriving in a similar timeframe.

Not a UK based company. My items were shipped twice from Europe, both times failing and were returned to sender. I gave up and got a refund.

When our customers contact us for information about their parcels, we can only see part of the tracking information of the parcel. Once the parcel has left the courier's depo, w scan no longer see anymore data until it arrives in the destination country. Therefore, if the parcel takes longer than expected, we also do not see the whereabouts of the parcel.
