My experience with fishdeal has been excellent, i purchased reels and spare spools at very competative prices (by far the cheapest anywhere I looked). Postage was free and fairly quick, (I ordered on a sunday night and they arrived by tracked courior Saturday morning, thats 6 days from the Netherlands to the UK) I think that is pretty good considering I was notified it could be longer due to heavy work loads at the warehouse. The reels are very good quality from a well established company and were well packaged. What`s not to like. Despite all the negative feedback from other customers, I would buy from them again, without hesitation

Zamówiłem po rez kolejny rzeczy z fishdel zamówienie zostało opłacone i miało być dostarczone od 2 do 5 dni roboczych. Minęło 7 dni roboczych i nie dostałem swego zamówienia więc złożyłem reklamację i otrzymałem je po 3 dniach lecz było nie kompletne i pewna rzecz była pęknięta. Zrobiłem zdjęcia i wysłałem je prosząc o wysłanie mi rzeczy brakującej i całej części w zamian za pękniętą. Kazano mi wszystko odesłać z powrotem. Ja nie chciałem zwracać tego lecz dostać rzecz brakującą i całą z które zapłaciłem i to mi się nie podoba że tak ze mną postąpiono

Poor service by the courier.

Parcel was left with a neighbour for 3 days as no card was left for me by the courier. Goods were fine but I thought the packaging was a bit over the top! anyway, thank you for the glasses which fit well.

Hi, We are sorry to hear that your delivery was damaged. Sadly, it is well known that couriers are not careful enough with the parcels during transport. Hi, How annoying to hear that your parcel was delivered with a delay. You places the order on the December 2nd and we gave to the courier on the 3rd. Unfortunately, the courier had delays as consequence of the Black Friday season and this affected the delivery times. Sadly we also depend on the couriers to deliver the orders and if they have delays, there is nothing we can do about this. Hi, Thank you for your review. We have looked into this case and we see that your order was delayed by the courier due to the Black Friday season. While our delivery times are 2-5 working days, unfortunately we also depend on the courier to deliver on time and if they have unexpected delays, then this affects the delivery times. Sadly the couriers do not contact us t let us know of these delays and therefore w e cannot contact our customers with this information. Order taken 2 weeks to arrive. Only half the order sent. Other half sent separately although 4 of the same items and no communication to advise of this.

Hi, Thank you for your review. When an order cannot be sent in one parcel, we split the order in 2 or more orders to avoid damage to the products or parcel. When this is done, you receive an email for each parcel shipped and its tracking information. We also ship them at the same time, however, it is possible the courier separates them during the shipping process, therefore, they could be delivered at different moments. Packaging, having purchased some 55kg of ground bait for my 2024 fishing campaign. this came in 3 separate boxes delivered in 2 separate consignments. Therefore the carrier had to deliver twice (false economy). a further issue was the second delivery had 2 of the bags of ground bait inside burst one was a 6.5kg bag and a 4kg bag. we estimate some 1.5 to 2,5 kg of ground bait was lost in transit. Furthermore, a flimsy cardboard box with a few sheets of crumbled-up paper dropped in does not support as packaging and the minimum usage of sellotape to close the boxes was absolutely pathetic.
