My experience with fishdeal has been excellent, i purchased reels and spare spools at very competative prices (by far the cheapest anywhere I looked). Postage was free and fairly quick, (I ordered on a sunday night and they arrived by tracked courior Saturday morning, thats 6 days from the Netherlands to the UK) I think that is pretty good considering I was notified it could be longer due to heavy work loads at the warehouse. The reels are very good quality from a well established company and were well packaged. What`s not to like.
Despite all the negative feedback from other customers, I would buy from them again, without hesitation
Zamówiłem po rez kolejny rzeczy z fishdel zamówienie zostało opłacone i miało być dostarczone od 2 do 5 dni roboczych. Minęło 7 dni roboczych i nie dostałem swego zamówienia więc złożyłem reklamację i otrzymałem je po 3 dniach lecz było nie kompletne i pewna rzecz była pęknięta. Zrobiłem zdjęcia i wysłałem je prosząc o wysłanie mi rzeczy brakującej i całej części w zamian za pękniętą. Kazano mi wszystko odesłać z powrotem. Ja nie chciałem zwracać tego lecz dostać rzecz brakującą i całą z które zapłaciłem i to mi się nie podoba że tak ze mną postąpiono
quick and easy checkout, however delivery was stated at 2-5 working days, it’s been 11 days and it’s only just been received in the uk?

Poor shipping and complications
I’m still waiting for my rod to turn up after 3 weeks and find it very difficult to get a response from the company about where my order is or why it hasn’t turned up yet!

Very slow delivery
I ordered a fishing box and it took ages to arrive. After 5 days of waiting I ordered a similar box from another supplier and it arrived the day after I ordered it and one day before the box from Fishdeal finally turned up.

You could let people know that the seller is not in the UK , because your website misled me to believe I was buying from a uk seller! when in reality it was someone in the EU .Which I would not have bought from normally .

Ordered and payd for a fishing rod needed for an upcoming trip, then after 4 days I contacted customer service to ask when is going to be posted, and assured will be done soon. Hour later got money refunded as my address is on Isle of man, even though the postage charge was different from UK mainland. Disappointed

Unfortunately, it is true that we can only send orders to mainland UK. On top of that, we only receive the notification of the address problem when we are about to print the shipping label.
Normally, you get a notification before you place the order, however, it seems that your postcode was not known by our system and therefore it created a problem.
We keep working hard to one day be able to deliver to your postcode.

From our side we try our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible. However, after Brexit, transport prices have increased and therefore our prices are affected by this.

Avoid at all cost, items returned to sender on 2 occasions, I thought that Co.uk would be UK based, how wrong was I, based in the Netherlands, sent from the Netherlands, items didn't even reach the UK, phone lines only open about an hour each day, and only on about 3 days each week, I did manage to get through, after phoning every hour on the hour, not even an apology from customer service, buy whatever you want elsewhere, then you might actually receive your goods

Don't use Evri ... they are awful. They leave your goods on the doorstep. I'm lucky it wasn't stolen.

dissapointing
ordered items on buy one get one free promotion, 3 days later got an email theyre out of stock, unable to contact them for another week, after this the advisor was unable to offer me any solution other than wait 2-3 weeks or get a refund.
