It is an issue with customer service. In particular beware if you need to return an item as it costs £6.95. I hit the wrong button when ordering and realised I had ordered the wrong item - immediately I emailed customer service to ask if my order could be amended. I heard nothing other than an automated reply with a 'ticket number'. The next day I received an email saying my order had been shipped so I again attempted to contact customer service. I finally received a reply at around 11.30am confirming my order had been shipped so it was not possible to amend, despite the fact I had originally made contact nearly 24 hours previously. I was told I could return the item but this would have cost £6.95. Not impressed.

Fishdeal.co.uk? Sounds like they should be in the UK, but guess what my order was sent from the Netherlands also took best part of 3 weeks to arrive, also DPD delivery left in a bin, with box already open and rummaged through. Enough for me to realise I won't use them again

Product arrived with no connecting screws

Fantastic ordered on a Monday delivered on the Thursday and as far as I can make out it came from the Netherlands.

Excellent service and price and never need to contact customer service as always arrives on time if not before.

Great company with whom to do business due to polite, prompt efficient customer service. Had a query over the quality of finish a pair of neoprene chest waders which was dealt with immediately and a replacement pair dispatched. Things do go wrong sometimes and what matters is how the company deals with this and Fishdeal were exemplary. I will certainly buy from them again.

I've ordered a couple of expensive items from fishdeal and they've come well packaged which gives you peace of mind.and they keep you well informed about what is happening. I will definitely be using them again.

I liked the fact I can get help,when a parcel gets lost.and the fact that it was replaced.very satisfied with customer service Things I thinks could be better,parcels need to be better sealed

Was concerned after ordering that company are based in the Netherlands and not the uk but items ordered were delivered exactly as expected and were well packaged and as described

I had a problem with a delivery they sorted this in a very trusting manner I have used many online tackle shops and this is the best great job

bait at a really good price and the quality is in my opinion is just as good if not better than other well known branded ones
