Zamówiłem po rez kolejny rzeczy z fishdel zamówienie zostało opłacone i miało być dostarczone od 2 do 5 dni roboczych. Minęło 7 dni roboczych i nie dostałem swego zamówienia więc złożyłem reklamację i otrzymałem je po 3 dniach lecz było nie kompletne i pewna rzecz była pęknięta. Zrobiłem zdjęcia i wysłałem je prosząc o wysłanie mi rzeczy brakującej i całej części w zamian za pękniętą. Kazano mi wszystko odesłać z powrotem. Ja nie chciałem zwracać tego lecz dostać rzecz brakującą i całą z które zapłaciłem i to mi się nie podoba że tak ze mną postąpiono

Returned package

The package was delivered to my local store and had a date of last collection I went to the store and the package had already been returned . The fish deal website does allow me to communicate this and as to how I can get the package redelivered

Very very slow delivery!

Purchased 4 items....all of them sent in individual consignments.... all of them were weeks in delivery, lm still waiting on an expensive purchase, 3 weeks later....not much help from the customer services eather

Postage charges ridiculous The item came in a large box, when it could easily have been placed in an envelope. The postage cost was almost as much as the item purchased.
