Very quick to turn around an order and get it delivered. Also very good at picking up and answering queries could perhaps give a little more detail on the website about detailed differences between switches in the same range e.g. wifi glass switches all have selectable gang position light except for dimmer switch which doesn’t. However, I’ve had several light switches now over a few orders and will probably be back for another few. Due to these switches and customer service, what started as an intention to change a couple of switches to see what they’re like, has quickly become a replacement of most switches in the house.

There was a fault with a light switch, so I followed the instructions on the website and sent an email with photos detailing the fault. The e-mail just bounced back - the address does not exist. So then tried phoning the company. I’ve left 3 messages and still no response. The products are hit and miss, the service is non existent. I feel like I’ve been scammed. Avoid at all costs.
