As a novice I called multiple astronomy shops. Most didn't even pick up the phone. These guys took multiple calls from me, answered all my dumb questions, and steered me towards the right telescope for my son. It arrived the day after ordering. Great service.

The service Tring Astro provided was exceptional, the mount was ordered during the afternoon and it arrived mid-morning the following day. Also their price was very competitive. Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending Tring Astr.

Although there was an error in the order sent they were very quick to rectify and in time for Christmas. The communication with the company was excellent. The delivery times were also excellent with emails sent at each stage.
