This was my first order and I was attracted by the very good prices, but wary that that might mean the service was poor or items substandard. But I was really impressed, everything arrived quickly, much better packed than many of the better known stores and all the items were exactly as pictured and very good quality. I will be shopping here regularly. The only thing that could be better is more variety of stock (please!)

Ordered: FERRERO ROCHER GRAND 125G "A delicious milk chocolate shell with hazelnut pieces, containing two Ferrero Rocher inside." - It was empty! Just a small hollow chocolate shell with no Ferrero rochers inside! Very disappointing and an embarrassing gift to give. I don't understand what happened, did they send a different product or did I get a dud? Waste of money. £8 including postage for 100g of chocolate shell. Would not shop here again or recommend to others.

In todays market, you expect your goods to be delivered within a few days, i'm afraid the delivery process is far below what I would expect today. I would normally expect my goods to be delivered, on Friday or Saturday, they were in fact delivered Monday afternoon. Now maybe not all MYSHOP's fault, but I have always had delivery problems with Hermes, or whatever they call themselves now, still terrible service. Regards A regular customer

Not happy with the delivery my husband had to Chase 2 people take 2 people taking the Box as they left the delivery person left it behind the bin if we hadn't come back inside if we hadn't come back in time they would run off with the Box and we would have had none of our products and is that what you call a safe place and is that what you call a safe place behind a bin that anybody can go by and actually take it like they were doing

I ordered the items on the 15th and they weren`t dispatched until the 21st, 6 days to dispatch them, granted one day was lost due to them checking my address was correct, it then took 6 days to deliver them as they didn`t arrive until the 27th but the annoying thing is they sent an email requesting a review 5 days before they arrived. So in total 12 days to get a few bars of chocolate.

the product i purchased from you to clean the stainless steel top of my bosch cooker was absolute rubbish i could do a better job with cold water, in fact its made it worse, i would not recomend the rubbish to anyone, i complained 3 times to you by email and received no response, but then with the rubbish i received thats about what,s to be exspected

Product choice payment communication is first class however Hermes has delayed my parcel or probably lost it and I have now had a big gap in taking the supplements meaning I may have to start at square one. I know it’s not your fault but it’s incredibly frustrating.
