Can not fault this company. Although we had problems with the delivery, the fault was solely with Royal Mail's delivery person, who obviously couldn't be bothered to walk a further 200 yards round the corner to post the package through my door, instead took a photo of a house door at another address as proof of delivery and we had to go back numerous times before some one was in, before i could accept my package.
When I spoke to someone at Dr Fox, they were very helpful and tried to sort it for me, but all Royal Mail told them was, that it had been delivered.

I needed persistant cold sore medication, phone my doctor's practice 8am when open i'm already number 23 in the queue. Get through to reception after 30 plus minutes told need to do e-consult and my doctor will respond within 48 hours, maybe an appoinment in two weeks if i'm lucky.. My first experience with Dr Fox cut through all the stress of my own doctors practice and two days later my medication arrived, what more could i ask for?! Great first experience from Dr Fox

I use Dr Fox for all my health needs..
I use Dr Fox as its private and always puts your health and safety first before prescribing any medication..order always comes in discreet packaging and prompt delivery...also has pharmacists and doctors at hand to contact and phone number to call if you need advice about your medication..excellent service at a price that's just right..I wouldn't go anywhere else...
