Quick service, i had upgraded to 4ah batteries but they sent the standard 2.5ah out with it. An easy mistake to make has the box does not state the ah on them. An email on the evening of delivery was sent and i had a phone call the next morning at 7.45am with an apology. The correct ones where delivered the next morning and original ones collected. Fantastic service i will definitely be using Kelvin power tools in the future. Plus the prices are good, better service and prices than I.T.S who i normally use.

Eddie is an outstanding member of your staff. Always happy to help and good sales guy. Last visit I was made aware from a new guy that you won’t be taking any repairs in for 3 month. Very poor service. Back log is the reason. Start more staff or look at your holiday structure which I’m sure you’d aware there is an issue. You are going to loose a lot of custom with this decision but then I’m guessing you don’t care. Change in service since the buy out with isn’t a positive reveiw. Sad given the service I used to get.

The requirement to be in and receive the package in person nearly caught us napping! We were due to be out. Luckily I picked that up on the courier's email and was able to delay delivery to the next day. So all was well. However, it would be good if this requirement could be flagged up when placing an order for potentially dangerous products. I was taken by surprise!

Good price, good product knowledge

Called to ask for clarification of info on the website. Got a clear explanation of the product (router) and the package contents from the sales desk. Price was very competitive - better than all other major tool retailers.

Website very easy to use, however let down by the carrier as goods arrived a day later than supposed to. Apart from that, I'd fully recomend them - in fact I've since placed a further order!

Good value but the delivery was a pain - I think it was DPDs fault but it would have been helpful to have better communication from Kevin power tools

Hello. Thank you for your review. On DPD's system it shows that your parcel delivery was delayed twice. We can only apologise for this. It shows that DPD sent you both a text and an email each time to let you know that your parcel delivery was delayed. Once a parcel leaves our warehouse, it's in the courier's hands, so we have no control over the delivery. This is why the courier send you updates about your delivery and not us.

Hello. Thank you for your review. All information about warranty registration, servicing, etc. is on our product page before you bought the generator. It lets you know that we register your generator for its warranty. It's a 1 year warranty for commercial use and a 5 year warranty for domestic/leisure use, subject to an annual service. You also receive this information in the warranty booklet and user manual that's in the box with your generator.
