Quick service, i had upgraded to 4ah batteries but they sent the standard 2.5ah out with it. An easy mistake to make has the box does not state the ah on them. An email on the evening of delivery was sent and i had a phone call the next morning at 7.45am with an apology. The correct ones where delivered the next morning and original ones collected. Fantastic service i will definitely be using Kelvin power tools in the future. Plus the prices are good, better service and prices than I.T.S who i normally use.

Eddie is an outstanding member of your staff. Always happy to help and good sales guy.
Last visit I was made aware from a new guy that you won’t be taking any repairs in for 3 month. Very poor service. Back log is the reason. Start more staff or look at your holiday structure which I’m sure you’d aware there is an issue. You are going to loose a lot of custom with this decision but then I’m guessing you don’t care. Change in service since the buy out with isn’t a positive reveiw. Sad given the service I used to get.

Good service and best price I could find
Very often, what separates good service from poor, is what happens when something doesn’t go quite right. The first battery I got was identical looking to the one I ordered but the wrong rating. The guys at Kelvin arranged for the correct version to be sent and the wrong one collected and so the problem was rectified smoothly and quickly. I would shop at Kelvin again. :-)

Would have been 5 stars but your courier DPD are useless.Had the day off for this to turn up and the driver was near where I live and didn’t bother to deliver my parcel on the day that was appointed.Another thing was never got a hard invoice in my order which I need so I’m going to have to phone up when I get the time from work?

Hello. Thank you for your review. We can only apologise for any problems that you had with DPD. The hard copy of your invoice was sealed to the outside of your package (the folded white paper that showed your name and delivery address). Jillian has just emailed you an electronic copy of your invoice (please check your junk email folder if not received).

Hello. Thank you for your review. We can only apologise that Hikoki didn't put the user manual in the case with your nailer. You can easily access the manual on Hikoki's website. If you search "hikoki nr1890dc manual" on Google, it's the first result that appears.

Would use again
Simple to use website and quick delivery, was shipped next day and arrived the following day. The tool however arrived without the blade and after having confirmation this would be sent I am still waiting a week later...
