I've been with this shop for years and will continue to buy from here. I usually purchase 3/4 wigs at a time to try out at home and then return the ones that don't suit me. Returns are dealt with smoothly and quickly. The money is in my account immediately. Stuart is friendly and efficient, and you can discuss discrete personal information with him. I love this shop and will never change.

The service I received from Claire at Joseph’s wigs was excellent. Claire was patient, kind and understanding of the difficulties in choosing a wig, especially the first time due to cancer treatment hair loss. The wig Claire suggested for me looks really good on, it is taking time to get used to but so far all reactions have been positive. Very pleased, happy to recommend this shop.

The wigs are of good quality. The prices are always good. Plus if you have an illness the vat is taken off. I’ve been wearing wigs for years and was hoping my hair would grow back. But with these wigs that doesn’t look like wigs now. I love wearing them. I’ve still got some that I wear from 1917 and are still good quality and still look good.

The website could do better with colour description and product description that is in more detail, there’s improvement to the site than previously. The product was sent in good time and often is cheaper than leading companies and for this I am grateful. Customer service is also good so thanks for that.

Only just lost my hair due to alopecia. Was very nervous ringing to enquire about wigs . Spoke to a lovely gentleman who was able to get me the wig I wanted and the colour . It was delivered in two days as he said it would . Will definitely be using Joseph’s again as I now want another wig to change .

I attended with my daughter and friend /hairdresser who originally told me about this business, I am being treated for cancer and started chemo and wanted to get a wig sorted out before I loose my hair . I was treated beautifully with respect and kindness and was helped and advised so well .

Everything was excellent from ordering to delivery.I have used Joseph's on many occasions and have always found them to be very helpful, very understanding, helpful, and empathetic. Cannot think of anything you could do better, just continue doing what you are doing.

My wig arrived in very quick time. it is a super fit, the colour superb, can't fault it at all, very pleased. Will always go back to Joseph's, don't trust any other wig retailer!! Joseph's has a genuine address and shop to visit!

I was going to lose my hair because of chemo so I bought a wig from here. The wig I wanted mentioned it was suitable for chemo patients so it helped me choose. Good selection, quick delivery and the wig is great. Very happy.

Always extremely helpful. Prices good compared to some other sites and no postal charges for orders over£100. More choice in petite would be better. It is very difficult to judge the hair colour by the small pictures.

They went above and beyond when I had ordered the wrong colour. I phoned and emailed them I was panicking but they were lovely and sent me the correct colour. Cannot think of anything they could do better. Thank you
