This wig which I have received is really lovely. It has longer layers and the pads on the side are a lot softer, it fits me really well, the texture and colour are also lovely. It is strange the 3 wigs I have are of all the same code number, but so differently styled. This one is the best. My family have commented on it how it shapes my face so much better. Thank you to you both for your help. My dermatologist has remarked on my wig and asked where I get the wig from I have recommended you.

I now have 3 Joseph wigs from the Gem collection bought over the last few years. I love to change with each style. Since I discovered this hidden gem Joseph's, I have never been disappointed. Claire is always very helpful. When you have aloepicia or any hair loss it can be a challange to find the right place and feel comfortable. Joseph’s wigs have been good at helping me find a wig that suits me at a personal fitting. Since then ordering wigs has been easy and quick.
To improve:
I would appreciate the website showing bigger clips of the wig colours, and better still photos of people wearing each shade. It is really hard at times to work out what the shades will really look like. I realise this is a big ask though. Otherwise it is an easy website to use.
