What could be done better: Give a heads up over pending deals - I missed the Easter 20% discount by a day ;o(

The quality of their wigs is superb. The softness and texture of the hair is so real and the fit is very comfortable. Plus a large selection of beautiful colours I have bought many wigs from Josephs over the years. Dealing with them is so easy and nothing is too much trouble.

I always find the staff very pleasant and helpful. They keep you informed about dispatch and delivery, which is usually pretty quick. The only problem I have when ordering a new wig is with the colour charts. I usually try and check the colour on another supplier’s website before ordering.

I've been with this shop for years and will continue to buy from here. I usually purchase 3/4 wigs at a time to try out at home and then return the ones that don't suit me. Returns are dealt with smoothly and quickly. The money is in my account immediately. Stuart is friendly and efficient, and you can discuss discrete personal information with him. I love this shop and will never change.

Great website, easy to navigate and with good details. Good variety of brands and styles; the filters worked well. Ordering was easy, communication, confirmation etc great and the wig arrived on time.

The service I received from Claire at Joseph’s wigs was excellent. Claire was patient, kind and understanding of the difficulties in choosing a wig, especially the first time due to cancer treatment hair loss. The wig Claire suggested for me looks really good on, it is taking time to get used to but so far all reactions have been positive. Very pleased, happy to recommend this shop.

The wigs are of good quality. The prices are always good. Plus if you have an illness the vat is taken off. I’ve been wearing wigs for years and was hoping my hair would grow back. But with these wigs that doesn’t look like wigs now. I love wearing them. I’ve still got some that I wear from 1917 and are still good quality and still look good.

I attended with my daughter and friend /hairdresser who originally told me about this business, I am being treated for cancer and started chemo and wanted to get a wig sorted out before I loose my hair . I was treated beautifully with respect and kindness and was helped and advised so well .

I ordered Ellen Wille Aida . Fantastic wig with a short choppy style . It’s a part mono and even has a lace front. I chose Metallic blonde rooted , a colour I haven’t seen before with darker roots. I just love it so much I’ve ordered another. Thank you Joseph’s Wigs for a great service.
