Following hair loss due to preventative meds after cancer I went along after reading good reviews I wasn’t sure what to expect as the front of Joseph’s doesn’t look that open . Clare is very welcoming and you are invited in to a room at the back . It is discreet and unfussy but she knows her stuff and there’s no over fussing or forcing you to buy a wig so there is no pressure which is nice . A great choice and all the main brands and up to date styles . I did go somewhere else also and although it was a pretty salon and more fuss was made over teas biscuits etc which to be honest isn’t what you are there for … the price there was a lot more and for exactly the same wigs but also being talked into other things which I was told I would have to pay for but weren’t needed .. I went back to Joseph’s and was very happy to .The care and wig advice for aftercare was great and also from Stuart in my many e mails . I highly recommend going to Joseph’s for wigs suitable for all ages after your treatment . I am so happy with my wig … I did buy 2 but ended up with a favourite . Huge thank you and I apologise for the delay in my review !

Josephs has a very large selection of wigs and a lovely lady to advise and fit. Having discussed what style and length of hair I was looking for, I was presented with 5 wigs to try. They were all possibilities for me but one stood out which I purchased and am delighted with.

I was very nervous to order a wig online . I was worried that if i didnt like it , returning it would be an ordeal.It turned out I didnt like the colour but returning was so easy. I ordered two other wigs which were in a sale and ended up keeping both. Joseph wigs were so patient with me and I will definately order from them again.

The welcome, help, advice and support from Claire at Joseph's Wigs is wonderful. I bought my first wigs last year and returned to buy another one recently. I wouldn't go anywhere else! There is a huge selection of wigs to choose from where you can take your time and choose your perfect style! A big thank you to Claire!

This wig which I have received is really lovely. It has longer layers and the pads on the side are a lot softer, it fits me really well, the texture and colour are also lovely. It is strange the 3 wigs I have are of all the same code number, but so differently styled. This one is the best. My family have commented on it how it shapes my face so much better. Thank you to you both for your help. My dermatologist has remarked on my wig and asked where I get the wig from I have recommended you.

I now have 3 Joseph wigs from the Gem collection bought over the last few years. I love to change with each style. Since I discovered this hidden gem Joseph's, I have never been disappointed. Claire is always very helpful. When you have aloepicia or any hair loss it can be a challange to find the right place and feel comfortable. Joseph's wigs are always high quality and easy to wear, and with all the compliments I receive I know this to be true.

Extraordinary amazing people in Josephs would go above and beyond to make sure your needs on it with these hairpieces I’ve just experienced that and I couldn’t be more grateful for the compassion they have inside for us girls that wear them so I thank them from my heart for the kindness

Joseph’s wigs have been good at helping me find a wig that suits me at a personal fitting. Since then ordering wigs has been easy and quick. To improve: I would appreciate the website showing bigger clips of the wig colours, and better still photos of people wearing each shade. It is really hard at times to work out what the shades will really look like. I realise this is a big ask though. Otherwise it is an easy website to use.

Very helpful when I visited last year for a wig fitting also purchased other goods from them and a very prompt service also answer a question I had regarding with no problems would definitely recommend them

Cannot recommend this company enough. I wear a wig for medical reasons and always treated compassionately. Service is amazing with my wigs being delivered within 2 to 3 days.

My experience at Joseph’s was much better than I had expected. Having lost my hair so suddenly I was met with empathy and understanding. The consultation was very private and I didn’t feel rushed into purchasing a wig. I now feel confident to go out wearing my new ‘hair’ and am grateful for the support and kindness shown throughout the process.

Excellent service, friendly and efficient. The wig is first class. People are always admiring my hair and asking me where I go to the hairdressers. I always say ‘Oh it’s not near here’. Of course only a few old friends know my secret!

Company is genuine lots of styles to choose from, but would like to see more styles of short cropped wigs I've been happy with my purchases

They understand style and comfort is vital. For certain wigs that means they may have a shorter shelf life. Just so grateful that Joseph's are here. We will be back. Thank you so much.
