Excellent communication from the beginning - I emailed to say my order was for a birthday gift, could they please make sure it arrived on time and was safely packaged. I received a response within a few hours; my items were dispatched within 24 hours, they arrived after only a few days and everything was packaged perfectly. I am extremely impressed and wanted to share this as I did read some extremely negative reviews which worried me initially.

We have not received any of SEVEN orders placed (first on the 15th April). Bottles we use are out of stock and when you look at your website, it says orders complete which they blatantly are not - most are still in Germany due to a web Customs issue with DPD apparently....

Product great. Packaging poor.

The product that I ordered are great. However on arrival some bottles were broken in the packaging.

Every order i've had breakages. Perhaps consider the packaging options (cardboard bottle sleeve for each bottle)? Customer service is excellent though.

On arrival 3 bottles had broken and the glass was everywhere. The packaging is not sufficient to protect the bottles in transit
