From previous experience I knew that delivery would take a few days which wasn't a problem for me. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order by email and the parcel arrived on the specified day in perfect condition. I am happy with the service but if it could be speeded up that would be better.

Bad experience with this company. I ordered electric fence supplies with delivery in 2-4 business days.
Nothing had arrived by 6th business day so I emailed a query.
They then sent a standardised email saying they had cancelled the order due to no stock.
Why could they not have sent this when I placed the order? Had I not chased would they have contacted me? Inconvenient and disappointing customer service.

Very happy with the product and service
Quick and easy to use website, lots of choices and variety. Good prices and very reasonable delivery prices (I'm in the Highlands so delivery can be ridiculous, but not on this occasion). New fence arrived quickly after ordering and is just what I was looking for.

Poor Service and Zero Communication
