There was part of delivery missing but when queried it was coming from elsewhere it would have been good to know when good were despatched or noted on the packing note. The quality of the goods is excellent and were v well packed. Have bought similar goods before elsewhere and the quality was vastly inferior. That company no longer trades

Bad experience with this company. I ordered electric fence supplies with delivery in 2-4 business days.
Nothing had arrived by 6th business day so I emailed a query.
They then sent a standardised email saying they had cancelled the order due to no stock.
Why could they not have sent this when I placed the order? Had I not chased would they have contacted me? Inconvenient and disappointing customer service.

Very happy with the product and service
Quick and easy to use website, lots of choices and variety. Good prices and very reasonable delivery prices (I'm in the Highlands so delivery can be ridiculous, but not on this occasion). New fence arrived quickly after ordering and is just what I was looking for.

My order arrived within a few days. I am delighted with it and the result…no cats stalking through my garden.
Sadly I tried to re order last night but the page froze. I was unable to pay. I made several attempts but resorted to buying from another company. Sorry.
