I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. It's been particularly good of late when an extra 30% was being deducted from the sale price. But now I learn that the firm is no longer to trade in GB and clothingI'm quite devastated by this
I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again
Takes a long time for order to complete. Like variety, style and quality. Find voucher scheme most difficult to benefit from.

Delivery times are awful compared with other well known brands.
Still waiting for an order placed 3rd May and expecting that was early enough for my holiday in June. Not so sure now.
Some technical issues with their orders, I was informed, and was
offered a discount on my next order, but a discount on the present order would have been far more acceptable!

However, your refund service is extremely slow. I am still waiting for a refund which should have been credited to my card, especially as the warehouse has confirmed that you have received my return over 2 weeks ago.
The two items were only returned as they were a poor fit, as all the other items I received have fitted well.
Apparently this is a computer fault as you have recently commissioned a new system.
A not good enough excuse as far as I and probably others are concerned.
I am satisfied with the products most of the time good quality and there are so many choices to select from but the delivery needs to improve Sometimes it takes much longer for them to be delivered which is very frustrating
Placed order on 1 May but still awaiting delivery of same. Some problem within company but was given a £20 voucher in compensation but this is really only worth £5 as an email informs all customers that there is a discount of £15 available. Not impressed on this occasion of the service so far received.

Sadly orders leaving our German warehouse have been delayed but we can confirm all orders started invoicing as of the 21.05.2023. Clothes are great. Good choice of sizes styles and prices but delivery is dire! I ordered something on 2/5 /23 and haven’t received it by 18/5/23. You need to despatch items quicker. You need to use a different courier. Royal Mail is hopeless!
I’ve shopped at Peter Hahn for years and your delivery is getting worse not better.

The clothes are fabulous, well made and well designed, especially for a tall woman. However, the website is not wonderful with issues over card payments not being accepted, without it being clear what had happened. In addition their communication is poor, far more email updates would resolve apparent lack of progress. Also, returns take a long time to process and the wait for refunds is very lengthy.
