I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. It's been particularly good of late when an extra 30% was being deducted from the sale price. But now I learn that the firm is no longer to trade in GB and clothingI'm quite devastated by this
I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again
Made an order. Only when my 1st item was despatched was I told that my t-shirt was out-of-stock. This item is still available on the site. I can still order it. If it still available, why is it out-of-stock?

I am still waiting for two of the items I ordered so am loathe to order anything else till they arrive. I do think it has been some time since we were told there were problems, and I can't help thinking it could have been sorted by now.
It's a pity because I love the clothes I buy from Peter Hahn. If only I could get to wear them!

Mixed views
The clothing is of excellent quality. Unfortunately the time taken to receive the goods is far too long & I often feel that I want to cancel the order. I have currently ordered things to be worn on particular occasions & have been most disappointed not to receive them on time, I am still waiting to receive an item which was ordered in May.

Wide variety of fashion online. After ordering ,waiting weeks for delivery and in some cases order never arrives. Please improve your communication and keep customer updated from point of ordering to dispatch and delivery

very slow in delivering goods when i tried to cancel after a while waiting it was too late I have had to return one garment and again there has been no response acknowledging receipt of returned article and no information as to a refund

Delivery takes too long. The offer free P&P but still charge for it.

Customer service. Long delays in receiving goods. I know there have been problems with computers but that was some time ago.

Delivery slow
The issue with Peter Hahn is the time you have to wait for delivery of an order. It’s always around 10/12 days for delivery! Where as other companies it’s usually within 2/4 days or next day if you pay for express delivery! Peter Hahn however have a great selection of brands of shoes 👠!

I still have not received delivery of my order placed on 31st May, 2023. Yet again the event for which I wanted the new trousers has passed. Disappointing, but I will continue to wait. There was a message on the order confirmation to the effect that deliveries were taking longer than normal but I think Peter Hahn should try to do more to alleviate the situation.

Service from Peter Han has been seriously affected by their change in administration system recently. Their communication is very poor unlike in the past and I feel, as a retired Banker of 40 years experience in administration, they need too go back to their old excellent system.

I ordered items on June 1 2023 and as yet they have not been received although they “were in stock” at time of ordering. Such delays are not uncommon with this company although this is the longest I have experienced. The company have still given no date of delivery. Pity because the goods are usually of good quality but the delays mean I tend now not to order goods from it.

Quality clothing
I ordered 3 items on 26.05.23. Two of the items arrived swiftly after about 3-4 days. I then received an email on the 1st June saying they were experiencing longer delivery times and offered me a £20 voucher on next order.
After waiting a further two weeks for the missing item I phoned to check that it hadn’t gone astray. They said it would arrive shortly and, after a further week I am still waiting for the completion of my order.

Nice shoes, terrible delivery service.
A few days after I placed my order, I received an email saying that, due to 'system changeover ', my order was delayed. It eventually arrived nearly 3 weeks after I ordered. I was offered 'compensation ' in the form of a voucher for £20 off a full-priced item over £75, but I was not inclined to give them any more of my money; a refund of the £4.95 postage charge would have been much more appropriate.
