Reduce order waiting time.

Pleased with most of my purchases. Some I find pricey, so unable to buy as often as I would like.

Really ex cellent clothes but take a long time to come. If you want something for a special event be sure to order 3 or 4 weeks in advance

Have a good range of products. Not the cheapest!

It would be great if the orders could come faster , it takes up to two weeks to receive an order from the time of ordering, however due to the fact that things come from Germany it would be great if my order could arrive quicker, I note that you’ve started to inform me about items leaving the warehouse and on its way which is a great improvement.

Great clothes only other comment is you have a long wait for them to arrive. If you want them for a special occasion order well i advance

Chosen clothes often not in stock when ordering and tracking when it’s available not obvious.

slow delivery

I would have given 5 stars, but they were very slow on delivery time. After all the poor reviews, I was quite concerned. However, the goods arrived well packaged. Unfortunately the boots were too large, and I had to return them. I was refunded quite quickly.

Since your disastrous IT issues of many months I have held back from ordering, just so much hassle and failed orders and failed system. I started today with hope, IMMEDIATELY the registration I was forced to do failed everywhere, I have been a very busy customer of Peter Hahn for decades, still I need to do this farcical 'registration over and over, nothing 'customer number' on any emailed order conf, NOTHING and as recently as September, NO customer number so delving for paper ones. ALSO you keep promising free P&P but it NEVER comes and nowhere to delete it! COME ON PH, get your act together!! You used to be perfection ...and now what happened?

If there is a problem with an order they are too slow to update the customer

Some of the clothes are extremely expensive. Their own are more reasonably priced, well made, amd fashionable. They come beautifully packed amd returns are promptly dealt with. My main gripe is the length of time they take to arrive amd the number of catalogues they send out.

I have found Peter Hahn to be efficient dealing with orders and if it has been necessary returns. The companies they deal with provide, on the whole, good quality. Including their own brand.

Great quality and good range of styles available. However, it would be nice if the delivery time could be shortened a bit; but this is in full realisation that goods are shipped from Germany.

They have a really good choice of clothes. The garment are made well. The company staff are helpful. Will recommend.
