Overall the clothes are nice quality, however I’ve looked online to search for a couple of things in the sale and when I’ve clicked on my size ( having already put it on the filter ) it generally comes up as “currently out of stock “ ! How irritating is that ? It’s happening a lot , so i feel something needs to be done about it , thanks 🙏

Good quality clothes & wide choice. Returns are easy to do. However quite expensive. Delivery time is improving.

Great clothes just delivery to uk takes a while and Peter Hahn branded shirts are small fitting.

Dont put out of stock items as being for sale before christmas, and dont tell customers an order will arrive by christmas only to arrive on 10th january.

Slow to refund an item i returned weeks ago, went to website, to complain, and the company no longer have it operational. Not very happy.

Very slow delivery took 3/4 weeks, returned item in January and still noCREDIT!,,,,, You are slacking kindly investigate

Have always loved your jeans so a fan. Have you changed your sizing? I purchased a size 16 S and was surprised to see how long the trousers were. They are even longer that the 16 R I purchased several years ago.

I have found Peter Hahn reliable, good and usually quite prompt in delivery, although just now I am experiencing a slight delay having ordered a couple of items.

Since your disastrous IT issues of many months I have held back from ordering, just so much hassle and failed orders and failed system. I started today with hope, IMMEDIATELY the registration I was forced to do failed everywhere, I have been a very busy customer of Peter Hahn for decades, still I need to do this farcical 'registration over and over, nothing 'customer number' on any emailed order conf, NOTHING and as recently as September, NO customer number so delving for paper ones. ALSO you keep promising free P&P but it NEVER comes and nowhere to delete it! COME ON PH, get your act together!! You used to be perfection ...and now what happened?

Fantastic collection of good quality clothes and shoes. Everything I have bought, which is plenty, has been lovely. The website is very well thought out with the filters so you can find exactly what you are looking for. Also hovering on the colour choices without having to click and go into the product I like. Takes a bit longer than usual for delivery which is why I gave 4 stars. But a brilliant shopping experience.

I ordered a pair of sandals on the 5th June (Size 3) and was informed that there was a slight delay in delivery. When I had not received them on the 30th June I contacted them to be informed that they did not know how long the delay would be. I cancelled my order. I would have liked to be informed earlier, so that I could have found alternatives. The size is difficult to find. I am pleased with the promptness which the query was processed.
