They responded to my complaint after a few emails that I sent which they should have responded and give me my refund as soon as I notified them of the issue that I hadn’t received the items I had paid for! Although I got my refund I had to reorder the items and pay an additional £8.00 to have a different Courier DPD deliver and I got my order the very next day! I wouldn’t lie about not getting my order I’m too old for that all I wanted was a refund so that I could reorder, in future believe your customer I’m 70yrs old I have nothing to gain from lying and also I did reorder so why would I reorder something I had already received?

Unfortunately the email wasn't going through It was my first time ordering from PakCosmetics sady the box was well secured from outside but not from inside and it didn't have Fragile Handle with care label and one of the 2 vitamin E oils that I have ordered was broken and this is how outside and inside the box looks like.

update more often and when things are out of stock try to get back to the customer to order asap instead of them thinking the item is in stock.
Also pls get more selection of curly long wigs and more human ones too

I like that I got to receive my package with everything that I ordered for. I wasn't happy that one of the products had already reached its expiry date. You need to work on your customer care I am a repeat customer and I don't see the appreciation from you guys even if it not a sample product at least write thank you notes or something to make the customer feel appreciated.

Fantastic Choice at Competitive Prices
I have seen Pak stores on the high street so was pleasantly surprised to come across their website. Lots of choice at competitive prices, and was pleased to support a local business instead.
Only downside was that one of the products was not in stock and I wasn’t notified for a few days. Besides that, very happy and will purchase from Pak’s website again

Paks is normally my go to wholesaler for all my hair products. I buy alot and have being for quite a few years. But as of late product quality is a bit odd. Probably not there fault but the quality isn't the same as before. There prices are brilliant however.

Delivered to schedule and only company which did both heritage hair products.
Payment system looks a bit old fashioned and initially I was concerned it was a scam site. Could do with updating to look more up to date with increased security features.

I paid for special delivery to be delivered in 3 working business days, I ordered it too late however my products were delivered Monday, I was disappointed because the relaxer I ordered was not Extra strength, still pleased with my other 2 items

Liked the delivery options i could choose tracked. I didnt get a email confirmation of my order so i was scared if it was a scam. My products came cellotaped well and packaged well. Couldve despatched sooner

Excellent products. They are as described. 4 starts because the website was a bit not user friendly, plus the postage was quite high. Otherwise, happy with purchase and the packaging etc.. will use again.
