I received deliveries from this company in the past but my most recent one just never showed up. I paid for 3 day delivery and it's been 3 weeks and no show.

The pretty Be exfoliating scrub sold to me will expired in May, now I am thinking of how to finish a whole jar within a month considering I bought it for future use. I will have to thrash it as it will expired before usage which is a total ripoff.

Not the product I thought or was needing…. Needs better disclosure … Now I’m out $360, because they are in a different country.

Five item out of my order spilled all over the box. This is less value for what I ordered.

Wrong item sent and trying to force it on customer saying its a new package. Who does that?

Items showed in stock when I ordered but received correspondence some time later to advise that my order had been cancelled due to lack of stock

I paid for a 2-3 day tracked delivery. My order was on the 12th Nov and did not get a call until Thursday 16th November to say they did not have 1 item in the wear house. My order came on the 18th November. Not a good service. I asked for my funds for P& P back and was told no.

Expensive delivery charge, long time to process the order and items out of stock not updated on the website. Unlikely to order again

Takes ages to send order out. Not much choice on some of the products

Packaging was unacceptable an old Order box with a bad odour once you open the box. Then they send whatever items they feel like example I order an Afro comb with metal spikes and received three plastic Afro combs instead. Also they need to update the image on their website if you are selling a colour 30 wig have a display of the colour 30 wig on the site. Won’t be buying from them again

The staff look angry. Almost as if you are an inconvenience. I had to ask for someone to help me. The assistant pointed to where the product I was looking for was. It was behind the counter so I would need her assistance. She just left me because she was anxious to serve a white lady who came in the shop AFTER me. Spent £250 but will get products on line from another source in future. Not going back.

Waited 9 days for delivery, paid for 2-4 days and wasn't refunded delivery cost.

Took a while for my order to be fulfilled. Stock level was no accurate online and delays in my parcel delivery. Overall not a great experience

I kept requesting a ‘forgot password’ email, but it never came so I couldn’t get into my account. I then called to check where my order was and the person on the phone was incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. I’m still not able to access my account, but at least the order arrived.

I ordered a parcel for next day delivery, paying £8.99. The parcel came 5 days later instead of next day. No refund or assurance. I will not order again. Also the hair products was not what I was expecting. Best to shop in a store

I've been charged for delivery but they keep sending packages out later than stated.. this has happened to me twice. Products have been needed but have had to go elsewhere for them. Not happy at all..

Sort your website out so that when you click on colour choice, it is the one you actually want. And when a customer writes in the comment section ( your colour selector not working, send colour x, someone reads that. Then perhaps when Royal Mail deliver your parcel that is 48 hour delivery 4 days later, you have the correct item!!!!

I placed an order and paid extra to ensure that it would be delivered on a specific day. The order consisted of 2 items that were the same. The company contacted me by email to say that they only had one item, I responded that it was OK and gave them the opportunity to send a replacement, but with the added note that it had to be delivered by the following day. The next morning at 10am , I spoke them to confirm the order and again specified that I needed the order that day, the conversation ended with them stating that they would contact me again to confirm. However, this was not until early afternoon, whereupon they claimed it was too late for a same day delivery. I don't know why they didn't just send the one that they had and at least I would have had something. I have used this company over many years, but what has made me so annoyed is that I had stressed from the outset, that it had to be delivered by a specific date and paid extra for this delivery. I doubt I'll be using them again as they are unreliable, and I have since found a company locally, however, I would strongly suggest that they send out what they have and then sort out anything else later, even if they send out the missing item when it is next in stock.
