They responded to my complaint after a few emails that I sent which they should have responded and give me my refund as soon as I notified them of the issue that I hadn’t received the items I had paid for! Although I got my refund I had to reorder the items and pay an additional £8.00 to have a different Courier DPD deliver and I got my order the very next day! I wouldn’t lie about not getting my order I’m too old for that all I wanted was a refund so that I could reorder, in future believe your customer I’m 70yrs old I have nothing to gain from lying and also I did reorder so why would I reorder something I had already received?

I have tried to email customercare@pakcosmetics.com
Unfortunately the email wasn't going through It was my first time ordering from PakCosmetics sady the box was well secured from outside but not from inside and it didn't have Fragile Handle with care label and one of the 2 vitamin E oils that I have ordered was broken and this is how outside and inside the box looks like.

The staff look angry. Almost as if you are an inconvenience. I had to ask for someone to help me. The assistant pointed to where the product I was looking for was. It was behind the counter so I would need her assistance. She just left me because she was anxious to serve a white lady who came in the shop AFTER me. Spent £250 but will get products on line from another source in future. Not going back.

I did not receive confirmation letter after my order. I ordered the item on Sunday for 2-3 (48 hours trackable) days delivery but the item was received on Friday. I was not able to track the item. I was basically left in lumber till delivery. I made 2 phone calls but they were not helpful after the long wait.
In summary, I will never buy from that website again neither will I recommend it to anyone.

Sent packaging using an old order box with bad odour
Packaging was unacceptable an old Order box with a bad odour once you open the box. Then they send whatever items they feel like example I order an Afro comb with metal spikes and received three plastic Afro combs instead. Also they need to update the image on their website if you are selling a colour 30 wig have a display of the colour 30 wig on the site. Won’t be buying from them again

Product not well sealed and content had all poured into the box and I was only offered 50% refund. Even though there is proof that the content was not available foe me to use. I had no problem with the issues but the customer service was really poor, offering a 50% refund for a product that I cannot use, and this is because of the poor packaging, the serum was not sealed properly.

Sort your website out so that when you click on colour choice, it is the one you actually want.
And when a customer writes in the comment section ( your colour selector not working, send colour x, someone reads that.
Then perhaps when Royal Mail deliver your parcel that is 48 hour delivery 4 days later, you have the correct item!!!!

On line 8 items available then told only 5 available. Accepted the 5 even though unit cost increased due to postage.
Then one week after the original order, I was told only 3 could be posted as that are an aerosol can. I wanted these items quickly and after a week seems order has not been processed. Very poor service.

Poor delivery
I ordered my items before 1pm on a Monday and paid for 2-3 delivery. You would think delivery would come latest by Thursday but it came on Friday afternoon. Making me miss doing my hair on Friday as previously planned. It felt like a scam paying for the 2-3 days delivery and not receiving it in time

I paid for a 2-3 day tracked delivery. My order was on the 12th Nov and did not get a call until Thursday 16th November to say they did not have 1 item in the wear house. My order came on the 18th November. Not a good service. I asked for my funds for P& P back and was told no.

Better to buy elsewhere
I kept requesting a ‘forgot password’ email, but it never came so I couldn’t get into my account. I then called to check where my order was and the person on the phone was incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. I’m still not able to access my account, but at least the order arrived.

I ordered a product from your company with 2 day delivery charge and was informed after 3 days that it was out of stock. Why did the transaction go through in the first place. Your company is disorganised and poorly managed and I won't be purchasing anything from you again.

My parcel arrived today and the cap of my shampoo was broken, about half the bottle is empty now due to it spilling out all over the packaging, I have no had to transfer the shampoo into another bottle as it was irreparable. I would recommend better packaging in the future

Very poor customer service. Package arrived leaking and and damaged. also the item expired in 2021. I have been in touch to resolve the issue but to date no one has contacted.

I feel that the advert is very misleading...it clearly shows TWO 500ml bottles for the price advertised. I made an order for Two items expecting FOUR. I also paid postage so paid £12 for TWO 500ml bottles which I consider to be poor value for money.

Terrible customer service,they keep you on hold for upto 30min at a time and decide to cut the line when cba to talk and when they do pick up ,its very lazy and when they made an error try to do whats convenient for them and not the customer.

The order I wanted wasn't in stock, the website showed otherwise. It wasn't until I phoned up on the progress of my order that I found out there was no stock availability. Please check your website on a daily basis and update accordingly.

Package arrived damaged with most products leaking leaving all products damaged .
Pak has not replied to my email with photos to prove the state that the package arrived in
I requested a replacement or refund , but no reply as yet.

I ordered a parcel for next day delivery, paying £8.99.
The parcel came 5 days later instead of next day. No refund or assurance.
I will not order again.
Also the hair products was not what I was expecting. Best to shop in a store

I had an item missing and I tried contacting their numbers and even emailed them. No response and wasn’t able to get a refund for it so be aware that you might have items missing and you’ll not get your money back.
