They responded to my complaint after a few emails that I sent which they should have responded and give me my refund as soon as I notified them of the issue that I hadn’t received the items I had paid for! Although I got my refund I had to reorder the items and pay an additional £8.00 to have a different Courier DPD deliver and I got my order the very next day! I wouldn’t lie about not getting my order I’m too old for that all I wanted was a refund so that I could reorder, in future believe your customer I’m 70yrs old I have nothing to gain from lying and also I did reorder so why would I reorder something I had already received?
Let me start by saying I’ve been robbed and blocked, this is a scam, please shop elsewhere.
Half my order came with damaged seals causing 2 bottles of hair dye to leak over everything in the package. The seals were broken in the same way and the caps were loose; some of the spilled dye had dried so these were likely damaged before they were packaged. Upon receiving the damaged goods I contacted customer services and was informed I would receive a refund totalling the amount of the two damaged products. This ‘refund’ took over a week to arrive and they decided to only send half. I called to ask them why I’d only received half my refund & was rudely told I definitely saw the email where they said they can only refund 50% when I absolutely did not. (They tactically sent this email after the one suggesting they'll send a full refund so you agree to it - I responded yes to a refund totalling £7.58, nothing else & I would not have said yes if it had clearly read 50% anywhere at all in the email (this email is attached). She then refused to even attempt to listen to me, insisted I was wrong & continually interrupted me. This is some of the WORST customer service & scammy business practices I’ve come across in a while, it’s literally like they would rather you shop elsewhere (which I’d highly recommend you do) I would give 0 stars if I could. Don't buy from here unless you want to receive broken/damaged products & then be refused a full refund and completely blanked by customer services. I would rather yeet my my money into the ocean than deal with this site.
I am giving you this score based on the products available on your website. Most of the skincare & beauty products I select from your store are genuine and certified. Also the payment Gateway is safe. Some improvements could be done on the packaging. In addition it would be nice if you could add more payment options like PayPal, Klarma, to your return customers, as well as incentives discounts.

Paks is my go to for afro hair products, delivery is usually quick and they usually have what I want. There isn't a huge selection, especially human hair products and, having to pay extra for faster delivery if the purchase is less than £50 is irritating

Delivery time has improved. It was very quick and efficient this time!
Good range of products at affordable prices, however they have a warehouse that allows you to purchase products at wholesale prices, this is a great idea but the shipping is £10 which is ridiculous, even if it’s one item. Also my package came in an Amazon box. If there is a link to Amazon then we should be allowed to utilise Amazon prime membership for free shipping

Leaking product in package
Ordering was easy and delivery took about a week. I’ve ordered 4 shower gels (all same), unfortunately on one of them the lid wouldn’t close properly so more than half of the bottle leaked. It was clearly a faulty lid, very visible to the eye, therefore I don’t understand why it was sent out. Shame about this otherwise I would’ve given 5 star.

Terrible Customer Service
Customer service is absolutely terrible, couldn't if been more unhelpful if they tried. Spent a small fortune with them so would expect decent customer service. If they continue to treat customers the way I have been treated they soon will have no business.

I ordered my item on the 3rd of August 2024 and till date, I have not received my order nor can it be tracked. I paid for fast delivery but no email has even been sent to me to update me of my order. Very poor service

I was under the impression the rose water is packaged in glass bottles. I was disappointed to see it was in plastic bottles.

Delivery services used not good
Delivered by Amazon ???? Left on doorstep in full view of passers by and on hot sun and was aerosol cans !!!!
