Was I disappointed I didn't get my Marlboro tobacco? yes. So why am I still giving 5 stars? A number of reasons :-
Shops DO occasionally run out of stock;
Some shops give you a 'store credit' (not that I'd have minded in this case as I WILL be shopping here until I have to give up smoking or I die) - and that after you've had to ASK for a refund - I got my refund automatically without asking;
I ordered two lighters, a really good one for my wife's birthday which was as brilliant as advertised;
My lighter, I thought (from the price) was just one above the disposable lighters so imagine my surprise when I got a reassuringly heavy lighter which was almost as good as my wife's far more expensive one!
An order has been placed and it was shipped after 5-6 days an multiple phone calls all do all of the items were in stock and I payed for priority shipping, no explanation was given for the delay
The gentleman David was very helpful and knowledgable and provided a first class service in reassuring me over my purchase and the time scale involved.
The purchase was a birthday gift and certainly did not disappoint as the quality was all there and in a timely fashion. Would certainly recommend

First time user and it was a Great service! Quick delivery and professional.
The only issue I would say is when my was delivered it was very slightly squashed but still smoked and tasted great. So maybe send them in a ridgid tube maybe to help reduce that.

Best shop, despite STILL not having a supplier of Marlboro.
The review says it all really. I SO wish they could get a new supplier of Marlboro because, at the moment, I have to buy it in bulk. That means that I'm missing purchasing my regular order here because I can't afford the bulk-buy of Marlboro AND my other tobaccos here!

Great service from Havana House. I like the choice of products, some of which are exclusive to them. The points you receive on purchases are a nice touch. We'll packaged and speedily posted orders caps off the experience.

The little shop in Bath is a treasure trove for premium cigar aficionados, so much nicer to choose from a humidor than online. Ailsa who runs it is always welcoming and full of information to help you make the best choice.
