My pipe tobacco arrived timeously and intact. The tobacco from this company is always very fresh and I am now working my way through the various packets that I purchased in order to find what tobaccos I like to smoke and also find out the ones that I do not like. So far, I am liking all the various tobaccos that I recently purchased. I am quite happy with the existing service that I receive from this company. I have used this company a number of times before and have not had any issues to raise with them. I do enjoy a quality of service when I purchase any goods online, keep up your good standards !

I ordered three different Montecristo cigars as a present for my husband. I was very disappointed to receive all three unsealed cigars just put into a plastic bag together. They were then put into a generic cardboard sleeve. These are not cheapest cigars and I would have at least expected them to have been sealed individually. Also as a cigar novice it would have been helpful if each cigar had been labelled up which was which. Overall very disappointed and I guess not the place to buy cigars as a gift.

I'm sorry to hear that you were not happy with the service we gave you. We feel communication is key to our business, if you had stated in the comments box of your order that it was for a gift we could have packed them individually and labelled them for you.

Prompt response to my order. However, on this occasion, unlike others, Royal Mail appears to have had some problems with delivery. They promised on the Saturday by 1pm - no delivery, even though they claimed they had attempted one. Then they promised Monday - also no delivery. Non-commital about Tuesday, the item was left on my doorstep in the early evening. Fortunately, they did ring my doorbell.

My son asked for an item off their website for Christmas and due to the delicate nature of the item I was a bit concerned how it would arrive/survive the hands of the postal service. Well I need not have worried, the item was dispatched with lightening speed and extremely well packaged. Son was delighted he could enjoy his favourite tipple over xmas.

I got myself the Christmas gift selection vol 2 and I’ve got to say that I thoroughly enjoyed every single cigar I got. Also the matches and lighter were a nice addition. Which is more than I can say for the one blade cigar cutter. Although I don’t think HavanaHouse should be marked down for that. Cheers.

I've been buying from Havana House for a long time now, both online and in their 'brick and mortar' store in Cardiff. Always great service, fast delivery. Only once there was a slight issue with a cigar order (the nature of handmade products) and it was sorted out right away. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience, I'm not a smoker but just bought a few CIGARS to keep a tradition my wife's grandfather did every Xmas by having one on Xmas eve with a whisky, cigars came in a beautifully presented wooden box, really pleased
