I bought the Water Butt Klear as the water in my water butt had turned so foul I thought I was going to get Legionnaire's Disease! I ordered this treatment & have done one treatment so far. A double dose was recommended to start off the treatment. I went back a day later; the smell had substantially gone, & the water was so much clearer. I am so thankful! I don't like wasting any water and had thought I would need to discharge it. My plants are grateful too as they are being nourished into the bargain! And top it all, this is organic, with no damaging chemicals, just organic bacteria. The packaging is minimalistic too - very sustainable! I am completely sold on this product & will only be using this from now on. Thank you Envii for bringing to market such an environmentally friendly & sustainable product - may you go from strength to strength!

Last person l spoke to was very helpful person before said you did not sell any product that went directly into filter system ! However as l thought because l had previously purchased, the item l was looking for and now weeks later have found l was right, it is your filter feed! So although usually so helpful on this occasion , l was disappointed to have left feeling like l had lost the plot.

This product works well as long as you follow the instructions which I did. … I have made a new pond and put the correct dose in and water is lovely and clear , algae is on the sides of pond but the water is crystal clear, using a solar pump to remove the dead algea… fish and pond plants all doing well … Will continue to use weekly throughout the heat wave .

Most Envii products seem to work well, however it's entirely frustrating to get used to a product and then find out it's out of stock for long periods of time. It means looking for other products from different manufacturers, and then, if that works, why would I come back to Envii. It's further upsetting when as someone who's dealt with you for a long time, every time I visit the website, I'm reminded that to attract new buyers, they get 10% off their first order, which, I of course, as a loyal longstanding one, don't get. Rather than getting new ones, how about having enough in stock to supply the old ones first!

I was able to phone the company and speak to a member of staff for advice re garden pond care. After being widowed last year I had to take on my late husbands role and I appreciated all the help I received from a very pleasant, helpful young man.

Products I have bought have been exactly what I needed and wanted. Customer service when contacted has been very helpful. And from the time of placing your order online to delivery has been excellent.

I've used Pond Equaliser, Filter Feed Tablets, Algae Clear Extra, Pond Sludge Clear, Nitrate Clear, & Pond Test Strips in conjunction with a 25w UV Filter & my pond is totally clear & I have very happy fish. Thank you

Staff at envii are always ready to help with any questions that need answering. The products that i have purchased so far do actually work. You do have to be patient.

Now on my second bottle of Algae Klear Extra. The algae is slowly disappearing so the dosage seems to be working. Quick delivery!

Patch repair is the biz. Usually after about a week, the dead patch is back. I cover it with a bit of fox spiking (upside down) to stop the birds and lo! Job done.
