Easy to follow website with helpful short videos to watch as well as the written word.lf you cannot decide which product to use then you are able to talk to someone straight away. Very swift at posting with my products arriving within days.lve used most of the products for my fish pond and l find it’s reasonably priced.My only concern is with the pond equaliser which isn’t enough for my volume and then it becomes too expensive to buy two.

It doesn’t work sadly; I’ve now purchased 2 bottles and done 3 applications of the entire garden the dogs have access to - grass/gravel & tarmac - the first 2 were 7 days apart. The 3rd was just yesterday after a new bottle arrived and the smell is there again today. I’m at my wits end with it. As soon as it rains the smell comes back. I’ve got 4 tiny rescue dogs, have had them for 5-8 years and had a dog during the 15 years before that - never had an issue before. Put down the artificial grass a year ago because the real lawn wasn’t growing evenly for a few reasons. There’s limestone gravel for drainage under the grass, I wet the grass before application, and applied when there was no sun going to hit the area, I also “dilute” their urine with the hose - all suggestions by this company. But it’s no better than it was before I spent over £40 on this solution that claims to be the best. I won’t purchase again, it’s pointless.
