Dear Lyndsey, Many thanks for your review. We understand your concern and apologise. We have recently moved to a new warehouse which increased capacity it can take but the amount of orders is growing at such a fast rate that even after that some small percentage of the less-popular trays need to be delivered from alternative warehouses sometimes, which is not next day delivery unlike majority of the orders. In addition to that, looks like our courier had a delay which increased delivery time by few days. In regards to separate deliveries - you have ordered multiple products, which means that there were delivered from multiple warehouses. If possible, we do our best to deliver everything in single delivery but even when we send everything together, sometimes packages are split due to different size and the fact they are going through different sorting hubs. We are in the process of implementing a new software that will accurately tell which product is available and how soon it needs to be ordered before it arrives on a specific day. The change should be ready and present in our store later this year. Once that's done, we will be able to send more accurately, however I am afraid we will still depend on the couriers, which can be late sometimes.
