I ordered a replacement band for my girlfriends watch for Christmas by entering in the watches serial number (R010859) EM0753-01A. I then chose the color, and replacement pins, etc. and completed my order. The website order stated these parts would fit my watch. Even though I ordered this outside of the United States, and had to wait longer than usual for the delivery, I was confident.
The package was delivered and it was on-time and well packed.
When I went to fit it to the watch, I immediately noticed the band width was to wide for the watch and would not fit. They had sent me the incorrect band for the watch. The replacement band they sent me was 59-S52771, it's an 18mm band and too big to fit my watch.
The correct replacement band according to citizen watch is 59-R50413 and its 16mm which is the correct size to fit my watch. But why I was sent the wrong size band for my watch from masters in time is just ridiculous.
And now I'm dead in the water and have the incorrect band for this watch which was supposed to be a Christmas gift. There is no free return, and so you'll have to pay again to send it back even though they sent you the wrong replacement parts. Before you order from this company, consider shopping somewhere else.
The price of the item reduced immediately after I purchased it. Would have been nice to receive the reduced price.

They send me a total different item.
I return the item according to they instructions, but they did't receive it. After some email with the customer service, they refund me anyway. So I change my initial review.

Good Customer Service
The watch band ordered was, as specified, an exact match to the original
which was available nowhere in the US. There was a problem with the order of replacement pins, which may or may not be included with the band. But customer good service ensured a satisfactory resolution. Thank you.

The product was excellent.
The watch strap pins are packaged as a pair but this is not mentioned on the website. I bought 2 packs, not knowing this, and now have a pack I did not need.
There was no instructions on the use of the tool nor instructions on how to adjust the strap length.

I have done business with Masters in Time before but this time it was a little different. My order was duplicated due to a website glitch and now I'm forced to return the duplicated portion of my order at my expense. The duplicate was brought to the attention of MIT within 5 minutes but I was informed that the order was already being processed and there was no way to cancel the duplicated item(s). Very unfortunate.

Good prices and prompt service. My Mondain replacement watchband arrived on exactly the day they estimated it would. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wanted the all leather band, which was out of stock. I ordered the "grape leather" instead because it was available. I'm still very happy with the product.

Watched shipped fairly quick but Deutsch Post took 16 days to get the watch from the Netherlands to Arizona in the US. Compare this to just 3 days for a watch from London to Arizona. Sent an email via MIT website to have them look into it and never heard back; frustrating. However, I would still buy again from them.
