I ordered a replacement band for my girlfriends watch for Christmas by entering in the watches serial number (R010859) EM0753-01A. I then chose the color, and replacement pins, etc. and completed my order. The website order stated these parts would fit my watch. Even though I ordered this outside of the United States, and had to wait longer than usual for the delivery, I was confident.
The package was delivered and it was on-time and well packed.
When I went to fit it to the watch, I immediately noticed the band width was to wide for the watch and would not fit. They had sent me the incorrect band for the watch. The replacement band they sent me was 59-S52771, it's an 18mm band and too big to fit my watch.
The correct replacement band according to citizen watch is 59-R50413 and its 16mm which is the correct size to fit my watch. But why I was sent the wrong size band for my watch from masters in time is just ridiculous.
And now I'm dead in the water and have the incorrect band for this watch which was supposed to be a Christmas gift. There is no free return, and so you'll have to pay again to send it back even though they sent you the wrong replacement parts. Before you order from this company, consider shopping somewhere else.

The Watchband was Useless to Me
I wound up throwing my new watch band into the trash . Frustration set in after I waited almost a month for delivery , two hours to remove the old band and insert the new one only to realize that my assumption about the deployment feature was not easily fixable .I was never in the military and not familiar with the difference in bands . I was wrong but better description of the pluses and minuses would have been helpful .

El proceso muy bien, pero….
El proceso muy bien, pero me quedé muy a disgusto por haber tenido que pagar casi un 40% sobre el precio del reloj en impuestos.
Creo que esto debe ser algo que ya tendría que estar contemplado en el precio o, después de sus experiencias, dar un estimado al cliente para que tomemos la mejor decisión. Gracias!
