I ordered a replacement band for my girlfriends watch for Christmas by entering in the watches serial number (R010859) EM0753-01A. I then chose the color, and replacement pins, etc. and completed my order. The website order stated these parts would fit my watch. Even though I ordered this outside of the United States, and had to wait longer than usual for the delivery, I was confident. The package was delivered and it was on-time and well packed. When I went to fit it to the watch, I immediately noticed the band width was to wide for the watch and would not fit. They had sent me the incorrect band for the watch. The replacement band they sent me was 59-S52771, it's an 18mm band and too big to fit my watch. The correct replacement band according to citizen watch is 59-R50413 and its 16mm which is the correct size to fit my watch. But why I was sent the wrong size band for my watch from masters in time is just ridiculous. And now I'm dead in the water and have the incorrect band for this watch which was supposed to be a Christmas gift. There is no free return, and so you'll have to pay again to send it back even though they sent you the wrong replacement parts. Before you order from this company, consider shopping somewhere else.

Product is good, but take care with delivery.

I had ordered some watch wrists and also paid for the shipping charges. However, for some unknown reason, the cargo never arrived, and nobody even noticed it. After contacting the customer service, they sent me another shipment, but did not reimburse me for the shipping charges that I had already paid for. As for the answer you see that there is no control of shipments. You have never reached me.

Dear Fernando Indeed we do not keep trace of all the orders we ship, it would be impossible to do so, that's why there is tracking. As your order was returned to us we offered to resend it with no charge. When you asked for a refund of the shipping charges of a order that was sent and returned to us, we offered to cancel and refund the order and not send it back. This way you would have a full refund for an order that was returned to us. You wanted it resent, so we did so, but by doing so we are not able to refund shipping costs, as order was sent twice. Terrible experience. You sent me the wrong item, even with a letter addressed to the wrong person with the wrong order number, and that letter was talking about your quality control. I emailed as asked that the correct item be sent or my order be refunded and you sent out the order but now I have to pay duty to get it? No duty on the wrong piece, I paid for expedited shipping already.

Bad communication. Very slow replies. Delivery mistake- no signature requested at time of delivery, unable to reject the package and now there’s no one to send it back. I won’t be able to get the package for 1 year. And tried to contact the company and now they’re not replying to me.

Not recommend - Order not arrived

Not recommend, order not arrived. I escalated to the customer service and was asked to allow more time. It's now over 2 months of waiting, and still not received it. They ask you to wait until the buyer protection to ends.
