I've ordered many things for my baby. Everything is very well made, excellent materials, colours. I am beyond thrilled. From the order date to delivery it took 2,5 weeks. I've received an email of apology that my order will be a bit late. It all came in a box, all packed separately, very nicely. I also got an extra package with two tetra diapers and one nest mattress. I am very satisfied and will be ordering more surely.

This is the second time I've ordered from here and it isn't until around a week after I've ordered that I get an email to say there are delays in delivering the item. This has happened twice now. I ordered my second item around a week and half ago and it's only just been shipped. Unfortunately, both items have been gifts. If you order for a gift, I'd make sure you order well in advance. My friend had said that her gift was soft and good quality and was really pleased with it. Not sure I'd order from here again though.

2 weeks still no sign of delivery
It's almost 2 weeks now I've still not received my order.
I paid £6.99 for delivery which is ridiculous especially if I am waiting so long for the item to arrive.

I ordered my products nearly three weeks ago and only received one email to say it was going to be delayed the following week and then the invoice came through a few days ago and had only just been processed even though the payment came out the day after I placed the order

Yes, the dimensions are mentioned in the offer. It is also more safe for the child that the crib is protected with 1 cot bumper

Very good quality of products. They look really nice and materials used are good. Quite long waiting time for my parcel. Did quite big shopping and my order has been split for 3 parcels. 2 of them arrived within 2.5 weeks since placing the order although still waiting for 3rd one.

Product itself is superior quality. I really love it. Only problem was that product wasn't dispatched for a week. Even though i received email with tracking number evri stated they still waiting for it for 4 days

Disappointing delivery fee’s
I love the nest I purchased from Jukki, I came back for a second purchase to invest in mattresses for the nest.
Whilst I’m happy with the purchase I was really disappointed to see the charges for delivery.
For 2 mattresses postage was £6.99 if I reduced my order to 1 mattress postage increased to £9.99, the mattresses themselves were only £5.
This was really off-putting as it felt like you are penalised for making a smaller purchase despite me being a returning customer. Will avoid purchasing again based on this.

Lovely cot bumper really happy with it, my daughter loves looking at the animals. I give 4 stars as delivery was 5-7 days and took another week until it arrived. I had to chase not only once but twice and the second time they said they will put it on "rush" if I hadn't of contacted jukki I would have been waiting alot longer than 2 weeks. I've ordered from jukki before and usually arrives very quick so 4 stars as delivery was disappointing. Jukki were very quick at replying to me which was reassuring.

Good product.
Delivery took a bit of while and when it came, it was incomplete. The customer service was quick to respond and sent the remaining items. It was not as thick as I thought it would be therefore 4 stars. I hope it would be warm enough when used. Otherwise, good product.

Egyszerűen használható, egyértelmű a honlap. A rendelésról e-mailt kaptam, arról is tájékoztattak, hogy a csomag késni fog, ez korrekt hozzáállás. Hiányoltam egy értesítés a feladásról, de ezt leszámítva elégedett vagyok. A rendelt holmik jó minőségűek, szépek.

Buying was good and quick, but delivery could be better and quicker, had email advising product had been shipped to royal mail and it took another 6 days to get the parcel delivered to the address
