I am so happy with my floor lamp! It’s so different… the quality is amazing.. the delivery was very quick to the UK. A few days! The packaging was impressive as the lamp parts were all protected in individual boxes inside. I was given updates on my order every few hours up until it landed on my doorstep… After reading other comments about the two pin plug fittings being a problematic issue from UK purchasers I was slightly hesitant as I knew I would have to get a three pin plug adapter… PLEASE DON’T let this stop UK 🇬🇧 purchases from buying off this company!! It is not a problem! In my parcel I received a 3 pin plug that u place the two pin plug into and screw it together! I’ve never seen something like that before? Marvellous! So buy from these guys u won’t be disappointed… you can’t get this design at this price in the UK!

Placed an order, received a Yodel tracking number, but they never dispatched the item to the courier. Then a week later they emailed to say "my return has been processed and refund will be sent within three days"... What on earth...? Wasted several hours of my time reviewing and comparing lighting and then simply didn't dispatch the order. I'm guessing they're just an intermediary reseller and once they'd taken my money they couldn't source the items below the price they charged me. So they simply wasted time. Take my advice and buy from established retailers. Even if it appears to cost you slightly more the reality is you risk not getting the items from a place like this so you end up buying from the reputable place, you suffer an unnecessary delay and you waste hours of your life.

The best and a bit better still!
Yodel delivered to the wrong address, as usual. This partly due to the addressing on the supplier website not accepting enough characters for a British address. The lamps themselves are wonderful! Beautifully designed and accurately made metal castings with accurately threaded screw holes, glass panels, clips and fixings, and, to top it off, a 7W eco bulb that even connects to my phone for remote switching on and off. Remarkable and excellent product!

I like to value for money and the quality of this lamp. The only thing was that the balance could be better as it tends to tilt to one side if knocked. Also needs better instructions on how to adjust to right height.
