There is variety of offers with affordable prices (Thank you for that), but I am not satisfied with delivery. My order is still in process of shipping, and it's been 7 days since order was placed. It was stated that if the order was placed until certain hour, it would be delivered the same day. I knew it wasn't possible, because it was Sunday, but I was expecting it within 3-5 working days. Also, it was nowhere stated that the products are coming from foreign country. I would suggest that, since you have your site available in various countries and it's localized, just to put a note that the products are coming from central warehouse, so we do not think that it's scam if we do not receive the order within mention period. It was not made clear from the start that the company is based in the Netherlands. The website is called lampandlight UK, which suggests it is a UK business. The website also made no mention of the order coming from Holland first and only then being delivered by Yodel, so until my order reached the UK, there was zero tracking. Also, the photo of the lampshades I ordered was NOT representative of the colour of them in reality. I ordered light brown shades and in reality they are dark beige. I feel totally cheated and what is more, any returns must be sent to Holland and £4.50 is deducted from any refund. Lampandlight UK are a deceptive company and I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Beautiful centrepiece for our living room
This ceiling pendant is stunning in our living room. It was simple to adjust the height and fit to the ceiling.
My favourite purchase in a long time.
Great customer service too when I contacted them about delivery- it took a little longer than expected to arrive but well worth the wait.

Exactly as advertised, received on time but a shame the courier delivered a day early and then ignored my standing instructions for when I am not in and left it in plain site under my porch do it got wet but not soaked in the rain/ product all good with excellent packaging!

Switch on to a great company.
We found some excellent lights on Lampandlight website. Had a few questions which were all answered quickly over the phone. The light fitting turned up in a couple of days and we are very happy with our purchase.
They are good quality for a very reasonable price.

I bought the same lamp again (2 years apart) as I have rearranged my room. They look very elegant and I am thrilled with the look. It came with an English plug that you just slip the European plug into (very clever!). The delivery was prompt and well packed

Wall lights are lovely and excellent delivery via Yodel. But, when I called to say I was having difficulty using my payment card on their website, the call person very rudely suggested there may not be enough money in my account. Not very customer friendly!

Overall a good experience
I didn't really know where the business was located, but once I ordered the items were delivered reasonably quickly. The items seem to be good quality and well packaged. If I need more lighting kit then I will definitely give these guys a look.

Very promptly delivered and generally good quality
Very promptly delivered and a good quality light (wood stem) for the price. However, it is a little wobbly on the base and we can't seem to tighten it up any more though that doesn't affect the light and the shade is also of good quality.

Nice lamp, what I expected, delivered fast.
They had the exact lamp I was looking for, but I was worried by the reviews. But when I looked only at verified ones it was far more reassuring. The lamp arrived quickly, was easy to assemble and looks great. I’m really pleased with it.

Vintage style lamp
Selection of lamps was good, I would have preferred a more distressed looking brass lamp but the only one I liked was no longer available plus it was too short.
Overall I am pleased with the one I have and it looks good in the room

Dere kunne sendt med en faktura slik at jeg fikk betalt snarest. Har ikke konto nr. eller KID nr. håper jeg får det i alle fall på mail.Vil også si at jeg bestilte med fargen krum i sokkel men har fått messing men det er helt ok.

Nice Lamp but tricky to assemble.
Lamp is quite elegant and effective for its purpose.
However, the lamp was very fiddly to assemble [internet reviews have said similar] and the glass cover broke during assembly. Some parts remain only partially secure.

I like to value for money and the quality of this lamp. The only thing was that the balance could be better as it tends to tilt to one side if knocked. Also needs better instructions on how to adjust to right height.

More information on it only has a 2 pin plug on it and you have to fit the adapter 3 pin plug on it which is not easy once you worked out how it went
And the shade could off been a bit larger as it’s tall lamp

Incorrect adaptor plug.
The lamp is fine and works well now that I’ve shaved off some of the plastic on the aperture of the adaptor plug. The euro style plug did not fit and I suggest most people would have returned the whole unit.
