Really great that they ship to the UK. Website was very clear, the chat function was speedy and knowledgeable. Super fast dispatch and delivery. Great item too - thank you! We’ve been recommending you everywhere we can.
No update on both parcels. Tracking has been frozen for 5 days afer clearing customs, is it in transit who knows, they use an automated response to all questions, with tracking link that is already what I am following. Will they chase delivery no.
No estimated delivery time "it will be with you soon" or "I have no further information" are the responses. Quite frankly the customer service is shocking and am wishing I hadn't listened to the reviews saying how great their experience was

I’ve asked for some information about my order - I’ve received 3 similar shaped boxes on separate days. Why is this? I don’t want to open them until I understand.

Hi Cathy, I see that you sent a message which unfortunately has not been seen by us before. Apologies for this. The reason why it was sent in separate delivery because it had to come from different warehouses to complete the order. Apologies for this.
