I have dealt with the House of Tents Team several times over the last four years and have always found them very helpful, very pleasant and extremely efficient. Orders have been processed very quickly on each occasion and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Goods arrived earlier than expected but plenty of messages to inform of date and time. Delivery driver was friendly and efficient. Goods well packed. Cannot suggest any improvement required.

At their request I refused delivery of an incorrect item on Feb 22nd. Now on March 14th I am still awaiting a refund and they say they are following procedure. It does not take this long to arrange a refund so I can only assume the policy is not to honour their side. Be careful. I

Tent broke after a couple of weeks and they said we couldn't exchange it as there was no warranty

For the price paid, the tent is excellent. Once all the nuts/bolts were done up tight the whole structure was very sturdy and the canvas is stronger than we had imagined. The instructions were very easy to follow and it took two of us just over 2 hours to put up. It might have been easier with three people but we managed. If I could make a small suggestion, I would say the tent would benefit from slightly higher quality nuts and bolts. I would have happily paid £10 more for better quality. None failed but they were a little small and thin.

Dealing with Jacob today was one of the best and most efficient experiences I have encountered for a very long time when dealing with a supplier, especially when it was simply for a couple of small replacement parts for my House of Tents car tent

Quality of the marquee components is excellent. Strong metal bars and heavy duty canvass. Brilliant value for money. Only slight drawback was the quality of the English language assembly instructions, which could be improved.

Very quick to deliver. The gazebo suffered a breakage on first use but once customer service contacted, they were quick to respond and will now send replacement parts.

Great quality arrived quickly. Only thing was the storage bag was split. And amazingly it all went back inside the storage bag. That’s usually a struggle.
