I had a few problems with the delivery company, there was a box short and they just said that was all they had, the 4 boxes instead of the 5. I phoned up customer services, it was Michael and Jacob. I name them as I just wanted to say how good they were, very helpful and understanding. They sorted the problem out with the mixing box and the tent went up as it should. A few of the parts were damaged and some missing, but that was sorted out in no time. Very good experience and a great product.

Packaging could have been done better. Pipes boxes are good and will work to store. However, other materials were stuffed in three boxes for three marquees I ordered, heavily loaded. It cannot be use for storage after 1st use.

Very poor quality it folded like tin foil within minutes before we could even put all the sides on The only communication received after bringing this to their attention was can I supply my post code, then nothing!

Timely delivery, good quality. Area of improvement - Improve the quality of assembly instruction. Online manual and the book manual do not match. There should be separate video and instruction depending on the size ordered.

Great product, great price. Packaging was badly damaged upon delivery... hopefully none of the components have fallen out during shipping.

Still waiting for resolution. The item purchased was delivered damaged so was rejected as advised by the delivery driver. You can not trust their word, they said they will send out a new boxed item for the damaged one but House of tents just re-boxed all the bits they could find and re-shipped in a random box. Over 60% of the hardware is missing. House of Tents treat customers as idiots and also they are not based in the UK so they have not stock in hand. They have zero regard for their customers time and expect you to do all the work to fix their mistakes. When you complain you get told that no one is around to make decisions and that if you want your money back you have to take more time off work to help with the return of the rubbish they have shipped out and this is your problem and not thiers.

At their request I refused delivery of an incorrect item on Feb 22nd. Now on March 14th I am still awaiting a refund and they say they are following procedure. It does not take this long to arrange a refund so I can only assume the policy is not to honour their side. Be careful. I

Tent broke after a couple of weeks and they said we couldn't exchange it as there was no warranty

I have only just received the goods - and have not opened the packages yet. The advertising, purchasing and delivery process was fine. The instruction videos and booklets look excellent - but that is as far as I have got so far. Come back to me in six months time.

1. I liked the construction of the gazebo quite sturdy. 2. advertise the true size after it was put together it measured 2.7mt x 3.7mt that was to the outside of the posts in both width and length

I chose house of tents because I believe the website offers a good choice of the product I was looking for, good quality, ease of construction, and good service and fast delivery 2/3 days it took 10 days to arrive I was not given a email or text when it would arrive it just turned up I did receive an email it had been dispatched so I guessed it was on its way, luckily I was just on my way out when it turned up and able to accept delivery the driver was helpful and dropped it were I asked,it will be a while before I will be able to construct it and I will post the results when I have done this, so far all looks good and hope I have made the right choice.

Placing the order was straightforward but the confirmation paperwork was confusing as it referred to the need to pay import duty. A quick telecon confirmed that the tent was coming from Ipswich so there was no duty. On arrival I checked contents and discovered that there was a packing error which meant that I had an excess of 4 legs and a shortage of 4 roof bars. I informed House of Tents of this by email. A week later I had a reply to apologise and advise me that replacements were on their way and they arrived in 48 hrs. The carrier, Tuffnells, provided an excellent service both for original delivery and replacements.

Although a part was missing from the pagoda, and house of tents were initially slow in dealing with the situation, they have subsequently dealt with matter very satisfactorily. After apologising for the delay, they expediated the delivery of the missing part with a next day delivery and then phoned to check I was completely satisfied. I would certainly use the company again.

Really pleased with the gazebo, assembly of the frame is a doddle, but the polly roof is quite challenging. Definately a two man job, it can be done in 3 hours if you have done it more than once. It took my son and myself 7 hours, but to be fair we were’nt in a rush. Instructions fall down when assembling the roof, and we had to backtrack somewhat. But all good.

Pop up gazebo we purchased (3m) is good quality and fairly easy to erect (very gently first time!) amazing to see how big it is from such a smal bag holding it all which is also good quality and very useful. Instructions are just ok so watch the video - twice ! Delivery and emails were a bit slow but it was a busy time!?!

The gazebo is the best so far I have erected, and over the years I have erected a few. The downside was the delivery of the product, if I could rate the delivery service thus would be a big zero, as this caused me to change my plans 3 times including cancellation of a weekend away. The gazebo I would rate as a 5 star
