While they have good pre-sale support and a variety of AV items on their menu, at a competitive prices, their delivery system doesn’t seem to be working well. I am not sure if they have a physical presence in the UK, as I could not find a UK address on their website. On UK Company check, they seem to have an office in Norwich, Norfolk, however their executives are based in Germany. The point I am trying to make is I am not sure if they are a local UK company. For me it won’t be a bother if the delivery went smoothly. The items were despatched from Germany, and I should have received them by now but they have been delayed. If they had their stock in the UK, I am pretty positive this won’t have happened. That’s something to be mindful of.

The items aren’t shipped from the UK and can be delayed!

While they have good pre-sale support and a variety of AV items on their menu, at a competitive prices, their delivery system doesn’t seem to be working well. Hi there, I'm very disappointed to read your review having spoken to you extensively before your purchase. I am writing to you from our UK office, at which we (and I) have been based for nearly 15 years now. Both of your packages arrived in four working days, which is right in the middle of the delivery period that we advertise of 3-5 working days. There was a one day delay, that was completely out of our control, but even so we were well within the delivery period advertised and arrived about one hour after you left this review.
