Choosing a new replacement phone can take lots of time in research and a lovely person in sales gave me some options to meet my requirements.
The phone was delivered promptly and having opened the box and set up the new phone (Samsung Galaxy Xcover 7 (5G) I have been very pleased with my purchase.
I have used Clove Technology for many years and their service has always been exceptional.

It was a very embarrassing experience. First I was told my purchase was fraudulent and was canceled even when I submitted my details. Second order I was told by Clive sales team to use Pay Pal as my payment method and was canceled. I was told the model I had ordered is out of stock. My first order address was direct to my Country South Sudan. In the second order I have to change my delivery address thinking that it will be a better option. It doesn’t change anything at all. But what I have learn is the perception from developed countries that we in the Global South cannot afford certain products unless we steal the money. Otherwise, we buy in cash and full payment not credit. I can still source from US.

Many thanks for your comment. Your first order was cancelled due to security concerns that emerged from our checks on your IP address which was different from your geolocation. The second order, as you have rightly stated, had a different address from your original address in South Sudan. Because these are high- value items, we were forced to cancel the order to avoid delivery issues. Please be assured that we value all our customers.
