Ordering was very easy on line and I am looking forward to getting my new mower however apart from an order conformation have heard nothing from them, which is a bit concerting, when you have paid a lot of money.
I emailed them to get an ETA for delivery and was told it takes between 1-4 days and I would get a dispatch and tracking email. These times scales have now passed and despite a follow up email t them I haven't heard anything back from them so still no mower
The order appeared to be lost. Their softwear failed to take the cash from my account and was found when I chased it as I had no info on delivery.
Delivery was made in the manufacturers packaging which is probably not strong enough to withstand the courier's handling, but there was no damage to the contents

At first I was really up with the company as I had the wrong part sent to me and I couldn't get hold of anyone. But finally I did and they apologised to me and sent the correct part by next day delivery. You are only as good as you rectify a problem, in this case they succeeded so thankyou

Item arrived in the suggested time scale but would liked to have had more updates on order progress.
The battery charger that arrived with it is unusable as it has not got a 3pin plug it has a 2 pin round plug.
Satisfied with the product apart from the incorrect charger.

Very good experience. Just one comment - the main item arrived without the additionally ordered item. I thought the 2nd item had been missed. It arrived 3 days later just as I was about to complain. A note to say items may be delivered separately would be good idea.

Wide variety of mowers.
I felt communication could be better because there was a delay in my order and the responses I got were different each time I phoned.
Once the problems at Mowers Online were resolved, what ever they were, I received my mower very quickly

The price was good, the actual delivery was good. The helpful young lady answering the phone was good.
However, even allowing for the intervening Bank Holiday Weekend, the 12 day delay in dispatch - and without any explanatory communication was not good.

You need to let "Mowers on Line" be aware the Fed Ex delivery people (the people who actually deliver) have problems reading delivery instructions. You'd expect delivery people to be able to deliver, but they seem to have problems... :-(

Slow to arrive
Took too long to arrive and the packaging was quite badly damaged, but thankfully only superficial damage to some panels (slight dents and creases). Going together easily.
Excellent, the only let down was trying to order online. In the end it took a phone call but my new lawnmower arrived the next day so no complaints and helpful service.
