Very pleased with mower, ease of purchasing and speedy delivery by DPD. This mower was not the cheapest option but I read various reviews from different places and it came out on top. I hope it will prove as reliable as my last small electric mower (Flymo but the same model was no longer available anywhere. Time will tell. That is the problem with reviews isn't it? Performance of things like this and longevity can only be reviewed after say a year and NOT at the point of purchase!!!

Absolutely awful experience. My mower arrived with missing parts. I contacted them immediately via phone, was advised to email in, followed their instructions. They ignored emails, were difficult to get hold of on the phone, didn't take any of the action they said they were going to. After nearly a week of waiting for them to send the missing parts they still hadn't so I decided to return. Again no communication, didn't acknowledge the return, and didn't refund despite stating they would. Had to go through PayPal disputes to get my money back. Avoid these lot at all costs and go to literally any other supplier!

Broken lawnmower on arrival

I purchased a lawn mower which arrived over 2 weeks ago. On unboxing it I discovered the wheel was broken making the lawnmower unusable. I instantly contacted them by email and phone with photos. They confirmed they would send out a replacement wheel. Still waiting over 2 weeks later with a lawnmower that may as well be a door stop. I have re emailed on a number of occasion with no reply from them. If I don't get a response soon I will be taking it up with my credit card company, and I'm so glad I paid using that method. I'm aware that the consumer rights act say the consumer shouldn't be inconvenienced, and I certainly have been. Customer services from this firm really need to improve

they never answer phone when they do just pass the buck I've been chasing FedEx for a week who say they have tried to delivery 3 times had no correspondence from them say I need to contact company ... company say I need to track with FedEx both blame each other and I've no mower to say the least I'm not amused

Hi, Thanks for your review. FedEx have attempted delivery of your item three times now and it is now on it's way back to us. We have also tried to call you several times to rearrange delivery but we have yet to speak to you. As you will appreciate it is not possible for them to keep trying to deliver your parcel an infinite amount of times and unfortunately with such high value products it is not possible to leave them safe. Very slow in responding to issues and difficult to deal with

Had a complication with an accessory part I ordered for my mower. It's taken ages to get a response and still unresolved. Contacting by email is unresponsive and contacting by phone left hanging on in a queue for ages. Very poor customer service. First time using them so very poor first impression.

Very poor service. Promised a delivery day then no update when mower wasn’t delivered. When chased blamed Hayter the supplier for late delivery even though mower was in stock. When quizzed they stated they would cancel my order not good. Finally delivered by own transport

Received fairly expensive part for lawnmower but was faulty. Contacted them by phone and explained bur was asked to send email. Had no reply over 2 weeks and had to get part repaired to enable me to use it. Would not recommend

The mower was slightly damaged with a deep scratch on the handles. I have been waiting for a response for over a week. The customer service is terrible and really disappointing when buying a high end mower
