Ordering was very easy on line and I am looking forward to getting my new mower however apart from an order conformation have heard nothing from them, which is a bit concerting, when you have paid a lot of money.
I emailed them to get an ETA for delivery and was told it takes between 1-4 days and I would get a dispatch and tracking email. These times scales have now passed and despite a follow up email t them I haven't heard anything back from them so still no mower
Ordered an item never arrived- not dispatched. Difficult to contact.

AWFUL & UNRESPONSIVE
BUYER BEWARE: Purchased replacement mower blade, their website says it's compatible with my mower, but it's not. Contacted them & they recommended exact same blade knowing it didn't fit! Totally incompetent! Returned the blade but they refused to refund postage on the basis I ordered the wrong blade (despite the fact it was on the basis of their own advice). CHURLISH & UNHELPFUL - DO NOT RECOMMEND

This company is the worst I have dealt with (and that is saying something). It ignores almost all written communications, is impossible to telephone and has witheld payment for four weeks after the return of the item.

Fast delivery, poor follow up on issues.
Initially very impressed with the speed of delivery and with customer service response when the lawnmower I ordered was missing a bolt. Customer service responded immediately saying they would send a bolt out to me which I was happy with. The bolt never turned up and now they are not responding. In the end, I resolved it myself as I need to get the grass cut. Not what you expect when spending 100s of pounds.

Delivery issues
Ordering a new ride-on mower was easy and the help received when I phoned to ask a couple of questions about the order was first class.
However the delivery itself was a farce. We were advised about 20 minutes before the delivery that it was due, followed by an email about 10 minutes later giving our estimated delivery window. When it arrived, it was not possible to offload the machine because of the way in which it was palletised. The courier said that it would be re-palletised and delivery arranged for the following working day. Exactly the same thing happened on the second attempt. A third day was arranged and this time the courier had made it possible to get the machine onto the site. Not remotely impressed.

Lawn mower purchase couple of glitches
Recently ordered a mower and quick delivery. Product had slight damage to casing. Took a while to get through to company and after chasing they agreed to send replacement casing. Had to chase again for confirmation of despatch but now received mower up and running and working well. Staff are friendly and helpful when you can finally get through. I believe the company should employ additional staff to deal with incoming phone calls to avoid customers having to keep chasing company and waiting for a long while in queue.

No oil received with mower
As part of the order there was a bottle of oil included in the price. I reported that this was NOT included when mower was delivered. I have since communicated several times via email to explain that the oil has still not been received. The response so far from the sales team is that it is always posted separately. Once again I have let them know nothing has been received.
I also note I am not the only customer to raise this complaint.
What I would like is for the oil to be received or a refund for the same.
