The initial order was lost / stolen in transit with Evri. Once VL understood the issue they promptly replaced and, as requested, used a more trustworthy and reliable courier. There was effectively no tracking info with Evri and this had contributed to the confusion for the first shipment. We've many issues with Evri in the past and they provided inaccurate tracking for the order they lost, I'd recommend VL to use another courier, VL's service was affected by a bad courier choice, but apart from this am very happy with VL.

Great product, very powerful extraction, just what we needed in our en-suite bathroom, previous extractors just didn’t clear the moisture and surfaces were excessively damp, this has provided a noticeable improvement since installation, will be getting another one for our main bathroom when we decorate.

It would be useful to categorise items together: ducting and connections eg. I purchased a Ventaxia valve, then had to purchase the accessory to mount in a suspended ceiling for the Ventaxia valve on a separate occasion .

The initial help was fine but I had delivery issues with Evri and found the whole episode disappointing because there was no contact number who could deal with my complaints unless I was a trade customer instead of private and for that reason I have given only 4 stars

Ordering was easy, and when we had a query they were prompt in replying. Delivery time was slower than anticipated, so it could have been made clearer when ordering what the lead time would be.
