Item as described, arrived on time but there is a caveat. I made a mistake when purchasing on a Friday afternoon, realised immediately, asked them by email if they'd cancel my order and give me a refund. They would have received first thing Monday, so they could have done that. Instead, they processed the order and never replied to my email. I know the mistake was mine and they had no obligation to cancel and refund. But with a personal touch, they could have. It didn't disrupt anything in their set up. It wasn't a hugely expensive order. People make mistakes when ordering online - it happens. So now I have an item I don't need - I picked the wrong one. I hate textile waste.

I placed an order for a number of fabrics having checked they were in stock. Money was paid, fabrics apparently despatched the email said and then 2 days later a refund. No actual explaination
